CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Full names and contact details must be supplied when booking.
• Signed booking forms are taken as confirmed bookings and will be
liable for payment.
• To qualify for earlybird rates, payment must be received by the
earlybird deadline date.
• All bookings require payment in full prior to the event unless specific
arrangements have been made in writing with the Sister Lilian Centre.
• If a replacement delegate is sent in someone’s place, the full name
and contact details of this individual must be supplied one week
before the event. Attendance certificates will not be available for any
delegate substitutions that are made later than this.
• Attendance certificates will be issued at the end of each day.
Under no circumstances will certificates be issued after the event
has closed.
• For every payment received, there is a 50% non-refundable
cancellation fee up to three weeks before the relevant event.
Thereafter, refunds shall not be considered.
