Neorouter modula is the best solution for the ones who wants to carry out mechanical separation of the
boards’ panels. Is an extremely recommended system for the ones who need to separate high volumes
of boards but, thanks to its main characteristic of not requiring any product speciaalisation (except for
the gripper), ensures in absolute the lower cost also for high mix and low volumes productions.
The router separation tool, equipped with cyclic run-out check by LASER system, is able to verify the
deterioration of the tool, replacing it automatically in the fullness of time without machine stops or
operator’s interventions.

LASER cutting, based on the Osai innovating LASER Cut
Technology, can perform clean and safe cutting without
producing dust and mechanical stress on the electronic
components.
LASER depanelling is the best way to obtain rapid cutting
(cutting times reduced by up to 70% compared with
traditional methods) and flexible cutting (cutting of PCB
junctions or complete PCBs with a thickness of up to 3 mm
for the basic version).
