The date will be in April, details are still being finalised but with our busy sailing calendar it will be a morning event prior to sailing, and may be held over two short sessions to allow sailors to continue with their normal weekend activities. Watch this space for details, and in the meantime dust off your gardening gear, paintbrushes and so on. Chris Paterson – Chairman Works Committee CRUISING SECTION: TRIP TO MANDURAH Fourteen boats participated in the Convoy to Mandurah over the weekend. Great weather conditions and a fine weekend made the cruise to Mandurah a great success. Some members attended the Variety Splash Cocktail Party that was being held in Mandurah on Saturday evening where we believe more than $100,000 was raised towards transport for disabled children in Broome. The cruise back home on Monday also provided excellent cruising conditions with all vessels returning safely. The next organised cruise will be to Geographe Bay during the Easter Holiday period. Photo Credit: Dave Ewart TWILIGHT SAILING START TIME; 1815hrs EVERY WEDNESDAY Twilight participation has been steadily climbing and we are now seeing around 18 yachts participating most Wednesdays.
