UniHA anticipates and responds to their needs, with the support of business, which contributes technology, expertise and innovation. UniHA teams, surrounded by hospital professionals, provide a link between hospital requirements and opportunities in the economic world, ensuring the relevance of products and services. Working together, they promote the correct use of products and equipment. The UniHA philosophy strictly applies the principles on which public procurement is built : transparency of strategies and decisions, and equality of access to public sector orders. UniHA has adopted a corporate responsibility policy founded on interactions between the hospital and its environment. The policy applies two objectives: • develop access to public sector orders for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, • encourage professional and social insertion. Always putting hospital workers and patients at the centre of our decisions 560 hospital experts supporting sector coordinators and purchasers. Each in their own speciality, they encourage projects, provide advice on purchasing strategy, evaluate proposals from suppliers, helping the coordinator and purchasers to promote the correct use of equipment and services. A strategic vision of purchasing as a creator of value : project and innovation purchasing Value creation is at the centre of UniHA purchasing strategy. We design our activity to support and assist hospital transformation. Purchasing and value creation come together when : • the acquisition of products and equipment is combined with services, support and the modernisation of structures, • the deployment of innovations occurs after an assessment of technical capabilities and economic potentials. decentralised, coordinated purchasing for 15 hospital sectors UniHA is a decentralised network dedicated to hospital purchasing A hospital is granted a group mandate to undertake purchasing for a sector, on behalf of the community.
