For 2012 we will again be using www.showmate.net for online entries which will be
available for all shows and can be accessed at www.centralwestzone.com All trainers,
coaches, owners, and riders will be able, and encouraged, to register online for each
horse show.

Campbellville, Onario. (2 pm ) All members are encouraged to attend and must have
2012 OEF and THJA memberships in order to vote.
I would like to thank my board members (Missy Todd, Susan Underwood, Natalie Parish,
and Yvonne Busby) for helping to put together another successful show season in 2011
and a huge thank-you to Jen Sweet and her crew for putting together a great year end

CENTRAL WEST TRILLIUM CIRCUIT
The standard by which conduct or treatment will be measured is that which a responsible
person, informed and experienced in generally accepted equine training and exhibition
procedures, would determine to be neither cruel, abusive nor inhumane.
General Rules & Conditions for 2012 Central West Trillium Shows: Code of Conduct: All
members, coaches, parents and visitors should conduct themselves in a manner which
reflects the values and ethics of Equine Canada. Anyone who engages in or is party to
conduct inappropriate to a show manager, official, staff, volunteer, competitor or any
person on the show grounds will be reported to the Show Steward. The Show Steward
does have the authority to up hold the code of ethics and may ask the offending party to
leave if necessary, and will include the violation in their show report to Equine Canada.
The Code of Ethics is also available on the show entry form. www.centralwestzone.com.
We believe that the equestrian sport is based on a partnership between horse and
human athlete.
We believe that it is the right and responsibility of the Equine Hippique Canada to set
standards in matters of ethics, sportsmanship and the welfare of the horse and in all
matters under its jurisdiction.
EQUINE CANADA REQUIREMENTS
Please note that Equine Canada has set forth extremely stringent rules and regulations
regarding membership and passport requirements. Each show manager is under
obligation to provide the correct information with their results submission and will be fined
and refused sanctioning if they do not comply.
Therefore each show must be very diligent in their efforts to obtain the accurate
information in a timely manner. Please understand that it is not our desire to penalize
our competitors, however we must do our utmost to comply with the rules set by Equine
Canada.
In light of this competitors and horse owners will be required to provide proof of their
EC, OEF and Trillium Membership Cards and Horse's Passport with updated sport
