Tucked away in a quiet cul-de sac is this very comfortable and stylish second home, it has been well-equipped and has
ample space both inside and out. There is a small lawned garden and excellent outside facilities, including a table tennis
table making it the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. Set in the village of Trebalúger with pretty whitewashed
houses, a local supermarket and a children?s play area. Less than five minutes by car are the old towns of Sant Lluís, Es
Castell and the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ?traffic-free? area with restaurants and local bars and the
sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima.
