Touching it displays an input value in the upper section. 0-9, ABC, abc, By touching the same button multiple hyphen, period times, you can change the character input to the English alphabet (ABC). Deletes the character at the cursored Delete position. ← → Moves input position. Confirms the input value and returns to the OK original screen. Cancels the input and returns to the Cancel original screen. (Measuring Mode, Display Mode) Dark Calibration Position Confirmation Screen * If the message, "Please set Light Selection Ring for dark calibration." displays, set the Light Selection Ring 2 to the dark calibration position. * When taking a measurement, set the Light Selection Ring 2 to the range L (icon at the middle) for ambient light. For flash light, set it to the range H (bright light: icon at the top) or to the range L (low light: icon at the middle) according to the flash output power. Select a language used when you turn on the power for the first time. The language selected will be displayed and encircled in blue. Touch the "OK" icon to confirm. Even after you have confirmed the language, you can change it. Input Method of Characters and Figures (Character Setting Screen, Figure Setting Screen) No. * Blue bar indicates value selected. 6-1. Measurement Preparation After putting in the batteries, turn the Light Selection Ring 2 to set to the dark calibration position ( ) and turn on this instrument by pressing the Power Button 3. After the Opening screen displays (for 2 seconds) in the Display Panel, dark calibration starts. After dark calibration properly ends, the Measurement screen displays. Key Language Selection Screen Power Button 3 * When the Dark Calibration Position Confirmation screen displays, set to the dark calibration position and perform again. * To turn off the power, press and hold the Power Button for more than one second. * This instrument is powered off after the display disappears. * Please wait 3 or more seconds between turning the power ON/OFF. Language Selection Confirmation Screen You can change screens after turning the power on as follows. Changes from the Measurement screen to each screen. * Pressing Menu Button 6 shifts to the Display Mode Selection screen.
