Ales are fermented at higher temperatures, French Fries usually around 60-70 degrees. This will cause the yeast to grow more quickly, producing fruity and/or spicy flavors in the beer. ~Basket of french fries 2.50 Lagers are fermented at cooler temperatures than ales, ~ basket of Sweet potato fries 3.50 *Sweet potato fries may be substituted for our Haus’ fries for just a dollar more. often between 34 and 50 degrees and for one to three months.
