Student Battle

This competition consists of student/apprentice barbers in the industry. Every student is allowed to perform
any type of cut they prefer. Students are encouraged to show their skills with a traditional cut or freestyle.
The competition will be 40 minutes long. Pre-cut models are not allowed. The winner will be announced
after the battle.
Traditional Battle
12:20pm l Entry Fee: $100 l 1st Place: Belts and Prizes, and $400
This competition consists of barbers competing on everyday men’s hairstyles. Each barber will have
the maximum time of 25 minutes. NO COLOR, NO SPRAY. Judging will take place after the 25 minutes.
Competitors will have an additional 10 minutes to add color or spray for extra points. All cutting will be
performed on the floor. Pre-cutting is not allowed. Judging will be based on precision cutting.
Design Battle
1:40pm l Entry Fee: $100 l 1st Place: Belts and Prizes, and $400
This competition consists of barbers displaying their artistic ability (designs in the
interior of the haircut). Competitors have 45 minutes to complete the artistic work.
Judging will take place after the 45 minutes. All cutting will be performed on the floor.
Pre-cutting is not allowed.
