Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office
(PCSO) is the principal government agency for
raising and providing funds for health
programs, medical assistance and services, and
charities of national character.

• Calamity assistance rendered at times of all
national disasters and emergencies: including
typhoons Ondoy, Yolanda; Bohol-Cebu earthquake;
Zamboanga conflict, etc.

plants, power generators, etc.)
• Liver Transplant Project with The Medical City:
provides liver transplant procedure at reduced cost
for PCSO-assisted patients.
• Kidney Transplant Project with National Kidney Center

• Satellite Clinics: PCSO establishes clinics in other areas such as Our Lady of
Peace, and rehabilitated rural health centers in 5th- and 6th-class municipalities
Establishment of Tahan-Tahanan Project:
a temporary housing shelter for pediatric cancer patients from the
provinces at the East Avenue Medical Center.
