ScoreCard Rewards for Points Earned on Credit and/or Debit Cards
Website and User Profile Creation
1. Cardholders can redeem credit and debit card bonus points for great merchandise and
travel. Credit card bonus points earned can be redeemed for cash. NOTE: VISA and
Mastercard Platinum and Business credit cards earn bonus points. VISA Classic
credit and Debit cards also earn bonus points, but cannot be redeemed for cash, unless
the card is setup in householding with another qualifying credit card as the primary card
in the household.
2. To create a profile, go to www.scorecardrewards.com then select Create Profile. The
cardholder will need to know the 16-Digit card # for the primary card and the first and
last name of the cardholder along with the zip code of the address tied to the card. An
email address is also required to receive notifications of point redemptions.
3. Once a profile has been setup, the user can login to the website to check the points
balance, redeem points, view merchandise, coupons, and travel possibilities and use
householding to add additional cards to the profile.

Cash Rewards Redemption Process
1. To redeem ScoreCard Rewards Bonus points for cash, the cardholder logs in to
www.scorecardrewards.com then selects Reward Yourself.
2. Cardholder then selects Merchandise.
3. From Merchandise, cardholder selects CashBack then selects the amount of points to
redeem for cash.
4. From Merchandise, cardholder selects Cash Back then selects the amount of points to
redeem for cash. Shown below is the Consumer CashBack categories:

6. Cardholder will be prompted to key Checking or Savings, then the bank routing number
and account number as shown on their personal or business checks. This will create a
credit to be issued to the cardholder’s Checking or Savings account within 72 hours or 3
business days.
7. This completes the cash redemption process.
ScoreCard Rewards for Points Earned on Credit Cards
Householding
1. The cardholder can setup several cards to be held together in householding so that points can
be combined and accumulated then redeemed.
2. Cardholder will create a profile using a primary card. (NOTE: If the primary card is a credit card
that can redeem points for cash as described above, then all points accumulated for the cards
under the household will be redeemable for cash back. If the primary card is a debit card or
VISA classic credit card then all points accumulated for the cards under the household will be
redeemable for merchandise or travel and not cash back.
3. Once the profile has been created, additional cards can be added to the profile. Cardholder will
select “Reward Yourself!” from the Scorecard Rewards website.
4. Cardholder will then go to Householding then select Household Application to manage the cards
for the household.
5. Cardholder will review rules for “Householding” then select “Continue”.
6. Cardholder will then read the Householding terms and conditions then click on
7. The Head of Household account first used to create the profile will be shown and the head of
household can select “Add New” to add additional cards to the household.
8. After adding each card the head of household will select “Submit Application”. The head of
household should receive a successful completion for this process shown on the screen as well
as an email confirming the change.
9. This completes the process used to setup householding.
