Ingredients:
2 Handfuls of Spinach
1 Handful of Kale
1 ½ Cups of water
2 Cups of Pineapples
2 Cups of Blueberries
2 Packets of Stevia
2 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseeds
optional:
1 scoop of protein powder
Directions:
Place leafy greens and water into
blender and blend until mixture
is a green juice-like consistency.
Stop blender and add remaining
ingredients. Blend until creamy.

How is this program different than the 10-day green
smoothie cleanse?
The 10-day green smoothie cleanse is a more intense detox regimen, with a
lot more restrictions and intense detox symptoms. However, with JJ’s 30-Day
Challenge, you still get to detox the body, but you also get to eat hot meals
every day, enjoy coffee/green tea and even have a special treat (dessert)
each week. You will also have less intense detox symptoms because you’re
detoxing more slowly over a 30 day period. However, on both programs, you’ll
experience weight loss, improved energy, better digestion, less bloating and
improved mental clarity.
What if I want to make my own healthy meals?
If you want to make your own healthy meals, please ensure that they are
clean, healthy high-protein meals. Additionally, be sure you’re also avoiding
the “do not eat” items in all of your healthy meal recipes. You can definitely
swap out the recommended healthy meals for some of your own favorite
healthy meals.
