Situated in Falls Gore Township, Hocking County, Ohio; being part of the South half of the
Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 14, Range 16; and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron pin found at the Southeast comer of the Northeast quarter of Section 31
near the intersection of Township Road 363, Geiger Road, and Township Road 367, Coakley Road; thence
leaving the East line of Section 31 and with the pavement of said Township Road 363 North 89 degrees
15 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of 598.14 feet to a 5/8" iron pin found;
thence continuing with the pavement of said Township Road 363 North 89 degrees 22 minutes 45
seconds West a distance of 1240.45 feet to a PK nail set;
thence leaving the pavement of said Township Road 363 North 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West a distance of 580.83 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set and passing a 5/8" iron pin set at a distance of 15.00

Records, situated in the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 31, Falls Gore Twp., T-14N, R16W, Hocking Co., Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at an iron pin found on the southern-most comer of the
2.0019 Ac. tract described in Vol. 176, Pg. 23;
Thence, with the southwesterly line of said 2.0019 Ac. tract, N 40 degrees 50' 40" W
a distance of 179.88 ft. to an iron pin set, said pin being the principal place of beginning
for the tract herein described;
Thence with new lines the following two (2) courses:

Situated in Falls Gore Township, Hocking County, Ohio; being part of the West half of the North
half of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 14, Range 16; and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing for reference at a stone found at the Southwest corner of Fractional Lot 5 of Section
30 of Falls Gore Township, from which a stone found on the South line of said Section 30 bears North
90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East at a distance of 508.26 feet; thence going into Section 31 South
43 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 596.85 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set in the center of
unimproved Township Road 391, Hunter Road, and being the point of beginning of the tract of land to
be described;
thence with the center of said Township Road 391 the following two bearings and distances:

Being a part of a tract ofland last transferred in Vol. 5, Pg. 493, Hocking Co.
Official Records, situated in the NW 1/4 of Sec. 31, Falls Gore Twp., T-14N, R-16W,
Hocking Co., Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin set on the SW comer of the second tract in Vol. 198, Pg.
341, said pin being referenced by an iron pin found on the NE comer of the 2.8786 Ac.
tract described in Vol. 201, Pg. 614, which bears S 90 degrees 00' 00: Ea distance of
78.91 ft.;
Thence, with the south line of said NW 1/4, N 90 degrees 00' 00" W a distance of
96. 92 ft. to an iron pin set;
Thence leaving said south line and with new lines the following four (4) courses:
3) S 52 degrees 20' 11" Ea distance of 22.3 7 ft. to a point;
4) S 54 degrees 37' 55" E, passing iron pins previously set at 9.30 ft. and 381.47
ft., going a total distance of 416.58 ft. to a point in the center of St. Rt. 93;
Thence with the center of said state route the following three (3) courses:
1) S 37 degrees 39' 58" W a distance of 178.55 ft. to a point;
2) S 40 degrees 04' 14" W a distance of 121. 70 ft. to a point;
Thence leaving St. Rt. 93 and with the north and west lines of said second tract in

1) N 69 degrees 29' 54" W, passing an iron pipe found at 42.57 ft., going a total
distance of 328.69 ft. to an iron pin set;
2) S 22 degrees 36' 11" W a distance of 168.00 ft. to the place of beginning,
containing 5.000 acres, more or less, and being subject to the right-of-way of St. Rt. 93
and all valid easements.
Cited bearings are based on the south line of the NW 1/4 as running

Being a part of the tract of land in the name of Helen Inboden as recorded
in Deed Book l 18 at page 75, Hocking County Recorder's Office, said tract being
situated in Fractional Lots 2 and 3 of Section 31, Tl4N, Rl6W, Falls Gore Township,
Hocking County, State of Ohio, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron pin with a plastic identification cap set on the
east right of way line of State Route 93 on the west line of Fractional Lots
2 and 3 of Section 31, Tl4N, Rl6W,
from which a stone found on the northwest
corner of Fractional Lots 2 andd 3 bears North 6° 04' West a distance of 967 .35
feet;
Thence leaving the west line of said fractional lot and with the east right
of way line of State Route 93, North 20° 25' 48" East a distance of 310.25 feet
to a 5/8" iron pin with a plastic identification~~et 30.00 feet distance
right of centerline station 862+50;
Thence leaving said right of way line, South 70° East, passing through
a I" iron pin found at 25.00 feet, going a total distance of 200.00 feet to
a 5/8" iron pin with a plastic identification cap set;
Thence South 23° 11' 47" West a distance of 513.65 feet to a 5/8" iron
pin with a plastic. identification cap set on the south line of Fractional Lots

Beginning at an iron pin set on the north line of Section 31, from which a stone monument found on the
northeast corner of said fractional lots 2 and 3 bears South 80°06'39" East, a distance of 1248.95 feet;
Thence leaving said north section line and with a new line, South 09°39'55" West, a distance of 228.38 feet
to an iron pin set;
Thence with a new line South 84°08'38" East, a distance of 150.24 feet to an iron pin set;
Thence with a new line, South 09°01'49" West, passing an iron pin at 204.39 feet, going a total distance of
259.32 to a point in the center of Township Road 39l(Hunter Road);
