Championships’ rules and conditions
The Championships will follow the rules and conditions of European
Karate Organization EKO.
Number of participants for EC Cadets & EC U22 in Kumite and Kata
category: 4 participants per country in each category, country organizer has
two extra participants in each category (6 participants in each category).
In category Kumite Adults Open Men and Women 2 participants are allowed
from each country (organizer has the right for 3 participants).
EKO officials are entitled to change the number of participants after 29.09.2012.
All participants are obliged to present EKO passport with valid license.
All competitors are also requested to present a written medical certificate
indicating that he or she is physically fit and healthy and his/her insurance
documents.
All women are requested to present certificate of non-pregnant state signed
by a doctor (valid 1 month).
All competitors must fill and present declaration
for participation in the tournament
(available to download from the website www.eckaratekielce2012.pl).
Organizer provides chest guard hogo and helmets.
Registration and booking
Registration of participants and hotel booking is only available online
through official website of the championships www.eckaratekielce2012.pl
from 15th September to 4th November 2012.
Participation fee
15 € per each participant (including the cost of anti-doping control).

Ticket booking
16th November 2012 – Championships’ I Day
– free entrance (when presenting identification cards or invitations)
17th November 2012 - Championships’ II Day
– tickets: 10 €, 15 €, 25 €
Tickets booking through official Championships website.
Participants of European Championships for Cadets, U22 have free
entrance to European Championships for Adults Open, when presenting
identification cards.
Final remarks
Financial conditions: Accommodation, flight tickets, transportation and
meals for all participants shall be covered by Country Organizations or
Sports Clubs. Lunch for participants of a given day, trainers, judges and VIP
guests on organizer.
Formal Dinner (Sayonara Party) with artistic, enterteining programme
and discotheque will be held on 17th November 2012 at 19.00.
Staying in official hotel or recommended ones for at least two consecutive
nights entitles to free entrance to formal dinner (Sayonara Party).
The cost of Sayonara Party for other guests 30 €.
Transportation from airports: Warszawa Okęcie, Katowice Pyrzowice and
Kraków Balice will be organized by organizer at the expense of participants.
Detailed information will be given on Championships website after
verification of flight schedules, times and details.
Transportation from official Hotel and recommended hotels to Sports Hall
will be arranged by the organizer free of charge.
