Medehamstead
The Royal Pier Sandown
The Royal Pier Hotel
Located right in the heart of Sandown,
right opposite the pier, The Royal Pier is
one of Sandown’s most popular hotels. It
has a total of 65 en suite bedrooms and
a lift to all floors (please note that some
rooms are on mezzanine floors). The hotel
has a heated indoor swimming pool and the
spacious dining room overlooks Sandown
Esplanade. The lively Royal Jubilee Bar
is always popular and will feature regular
evening entertainment during your stay and
they also have a quieter Lounge Bar for
you to relax in.
The Medehamstede – Situated just 5 minutes walk from both Shanklin town centre
and Old Village, The Medehamstede is one
of our most requested hotels. It has a total
of 53 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, a
light and airy dining room, excellent food
and a well-stocked bar. Entertainment will
be provided during your stay. Although
The Medehamstede does not have a lift,
there are a number of Ground Floor rooms
available.

The Marina Bay
A lovely family-run hotel situated right
on Sandown seafront and about 400 yards
level walk from the town centre. All of the
rooms are en-suite and although the hotel
does not have a lift, there are a number of
ground floor rooms available. Entertainment will be provided during your stay.
Gracellie Hotel
Overlooking Sandown Bay, the recently
refurbished Gracellie Hotel offers a touch
of luxury at affordable prices. Modern,
well appointed en-suite bedrooms and
superb dining add to the experience as does
the well-stocked bar and entertainment
most nights.

Eastbourne
Congress
A lovely, family-run hotel situated just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront. The
Congress has a total of 62 en-suite bedrooms, most of which overlook either Devonshire
Park at the front or Wilmington Gardens to the rear. The rooms are served by two lifts
although for any persons with walking difficulties, they are able to offer a number of
Ground Floor rooms and The Congress also has a fully equipped disabled shower room.
There is a ramped entrance, level access to all public rooms and charging points for
motorised scooters. The spacious Restaurant overlooks Wilmington Gardens and the
fully licensed Bar Lounge is well stocked and also offers light lunches along with tea and
coffee during the day. Entertainment will be provided in the Bar most evenings but if you
would prefer, The Congress has a quiet Reading Room as well.
The Glastonbury Hotel
Situated right on the seafront, The
Glastonbury has a total of 82 en-suite
rooms with a lift to all bedrooms. Evening
entertainment is offered and the hotel
also has a large ballroom. There is a well
stocked bar and a relaxing sea-facing sun
The Marine Parade Hotel
Located right on the seafront, The Marine
Parade has a total of 29 en-suite rooms and
is ideal for groups that want sole occupancy of a hotel. There is a lift to all floors
and entertainment will be provided during
the stay.

Bournemouth
The Cliffeside Hotel
On the prestigious East Cliff and within easy
walking distance of the town centre. There
are 62 en-suite bedrooms, a lift to all floors
and guests at the Cliffeside are able to take
advantage of the heated indoor pool at the
sister hotel, The Suncliff which is next door.
The Bourne Hall Hotel
Located close to the town centre and B.I.C.,
The Bourne Hall has a total of 50 en-suite
bedrooms, all serviced by a lift. Guests here are
able to use the indoor pool and fitness suite at
the nearby leisure centre (some local charge
may apply).
The Maemar Hotel
Situated just minutes from the town centre and
with 40 en-suite bedrooms and a lift to all floors,
The Maemar offers excellent value for a short
break. Its spacious bar is the ideal place to
socialise and the entertainments lounge has a
dance floor.

Weymouth
The Berkeley Hotel
The hotel is situated right on The Esplanade
offering stunning views of Weymouth Bay and
across to Portland Bill and is approximately 5
minutes level walk from the Town Centre and
main attractions. The Berkeley has a total of
49 en-suite bedrooms and a lift that serves all
floors. There is a large airy Dining Room and
a well-stocked Bar with dance floor and lounge
area and entertainment would be provided
during your stay.
The Fairhaven Hotel
Ideally situated on the esplanade, close to
Weymouth’s historic harbour, The Fairhaven
has a total of 83 en-suite bedrooms, all of which
are serviced by the lift. The hotel has a superb
air-conditioned dining room, a resident’s lounge
and an entertainment bar which is situated on
the lower-ground floor.
The Hotel Mon Ami
A well-appointed hotel, overlooking Weymouth
Bay and adjacent to the main Promenade and
beach. There are a total of 40 en-suite rooms
and a lift to all floors. For those with walking
difficulties, the hotel does have some Ground
Floor rooms. The Resident’s Bar has a dance
floor and there will be entertainment most
nights during your stay.

Babblecomb
The Inglewood Hotel
A hotel that groups are happy to return to
year after year. The Inglewood has 52 ensuite rooms and a lift to most floors. Nightly
entertainment is provided and a guests here are
able to enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool
at the nearby sistor hotel, The Kistor.
The Queens Hotel
Ideally situated in the heart of Paignton, just a
short walk to the seafront, harbour and town
centre, The Queens has a total of 76 ensuite rooms, all serviced by the lift. Evening
entertainment is complimented by the large
dance floor and the hotel also has a heated
indoor pool.
The Anchorage Hotel
A family owned hotel with a total of 56 en-suite
rooms, 17 of which are on the ground floor. The
Anchorage is a lovely hotel set in peaceful Cary
Park and boasts a well-deserved reputation for
the quality of service and cuisine that it offers.

Paignton
The Torbay Court Hotel – Centrally located in
a quiet cul-de-sac yet only a few minutes walk
from Paignton seafront, The Torbay Court is an
ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. All bedrooms
feature en-suite facilities and there is a lift to all
floors. Of special interest to dancing groups is
‘The Riviera Suite’ with its impressive 31ft x 71ft
solid wood floor.

The Palm Court Hotel
A centrally located hotel, 50 yards from the
seafront and a level walk to the town centre.
There are a total of 51 en-suite bedrooms, all
of which are served by the lift. The hotel has
two ballrooms, the largest of which would be
suitable for either sequence or line dancing.
The Osborne Hotel
A family-run hotel, situated just a level walk
away from the main attractions of Ilfracombe.
The Osborne has a total of 53 en-suite
bedrooms, all of which are served by the lift.
Entertainment is perovided during the stay and
there is a large ballroom with a sprung dance
floor.

Bideford
The Durrant House Hotel – A magnificent
3* hotel set in the heart of North Devon, The
Durrant House is a wonderful location for a
memorable break. All of the 125 bedrooms
have en-suite facilities and the lift serves all
floors. The hotel uses locally sourced produce
which its team of chefs craft into mouthwatering meals.
TORQUAY
The Sefton Hotel – “Turkey & Tinsel” specials
– With its level position and stunning sea
views, The Sefton is the perfect location for an
enjoyable out-of-season break. The ‘Turkey
& Tinsel’ programme here is one of the best
available, featuring traditional Christmas fare,
a gift for everyone and 3 nights entertainment.
Breaks in January & February 2014 include
a 99p Bar from 8PM to 11PM each evening

Newquay
The Bay Hotel
A4* hotel siyated at the southern end of Fistral
beach with stunning views of the Atlantic. All 97
rooms are en-suite and served by the lift. The
Bay boasts an indoor pool as well as one of the
most advanced Spas in the south west offering
a wide veriety of pampering and treatments
(extra cost).
The Edgcumbe Hotel
The hotel has a total of 69 en-suite bedrooms
served by a lift, some of which have sea views.

The Sandy Lodge Hotel
An excellent family-run hotel situated close to

Weston-Super-Mare
Daunceys Hotel
Set right on the seafront but within walking
distance to the town centre, the hotel has 73
en-suite rooms, served by 3 lifts accessing
all floors. There are 3 lounges and 2 dining
rooms, all od which enjoy spectacular views
across Weston Bay. There is a terrace, garden
and decking area with direct access to the
promenade.
The Midland Hotel
With a total of 30 en-suite rooms and with a
lift to all fllors, The Midland is ideal for those
groups that prefer a one coach hotel. There are
two bars, one open to non-residents and one
for the sole use of hotel guests. Entertainments
will be provided during your stay.
The Sandringham Hotel
Situated right in the heart of Weston, The
Sandringham is about 200 metres from the
re-built grand pier. There are 64 en-suite

Tenby
The Cliffe-Norton Hotel
Occupying a premier position overlooking
the North Beach, the hotel has a total of 52

Cliffe-Norton is renowned for its cuisine and
it specialises in tradtional English fare in its
elegant dining room. A varied programme of

The Merlewood Hotel
Set in a tranquil location, offering excellent
views of Carmarthen Bay and only 5 minutes
walk from the town centre and harbour. The

Merlewood does not have a lift, it does have a

held in a Trust Fund to which we do not
have access until after the completion of
the booking. This is your safeguard and a
copy of our Deed of Declaration of Trust
