Realife Intervention Solutions, LLC is the licensed, multi-dimensional; action driven private practice of
Jane Eigner Mintz, MA, LPC, BCPC, BRI-II, CFMI-S. Jane specializes in working with individuals and families
that are challenged by long term and situational dysfunction. She takes a proactive position in untangling
complex problems by providing assessment based, solution oriented plans that specifically address the
needs of individuals faced with chronic addiction, behavioral health, life and work challenges.
She provides a host of consultation services and access to her national and international referral
networks to colleagues in the medical, legal, educational, human resources and other
professional communities.
Jane is available for worldwide speaking and training engagements. She conducts “in-service”
trainings for admission and clinical departments . She is the author of “The Field Model of Intervention.”

Intervention and Client Transport Services
Realife Intervention Solutions, LLC provides exceptional, clinically based intervention services for
individuals and their families. Jane believes that effective intervention is based on extensive family
interviewing, education and collaboration. The goal is to create the most effective, least invasive and
traumatic strategy that moves individuals and families from a place of ill-ness to well-ness. Jane uses
change-oriented strategies that range from motivational, invitational and family meeting approaches
to life saving crisis-oriented methods to help shift potentially dire outcomes.
Individual and Family Consultations
Jane supports her clients through the early stages of the decision-making or “what to do” phase through
the “doing it” or action phase and beyond. She provides assessment- based recommendations that range
from therapeutic action plans, treatment planning and referrals to emergency support services.
Traditional Counseling Services
Jane provides brief therapeutic counseling services to those wishing to address addiction and behavioral
health challenges and work towards positive and sustainable change in their lives. Jane works with
individuals on their post discharge treatment plans as well as provides support to families in chronic and
situational distress. Jane works both on location and remotely . She uses Skype and home conferencing
technology to communicate with her global clients.

Coaching
Jane provides a three-month intensive, therapeutically driven, motivational coaching program for
clients seeking highly individualized support in building the life of their dreams. This is a completely client
centered and client-measured process.
Professional Collaboration
Jane offers expert, clinically based opinions and action-oriented treatment recommendations to therapists,
doctors and lawyers working with complicated cases. She is highly collaborative and ethical in her process.

Admissions and Discharge Planning Support
Jane works closely with admissions, discharge, and clinical
teams to provide adjunctive psycho-educational support for
families. Jane is available to case manage individuals post
treatment. Jane is an out-of-the-box thinker and creative
field clinician.

Jane’s practice is based in Cleveland, Ohio and she travels nationally and
internationally to serve individuals and families in need.
She provides clinical assessment, consulting, counseling and coaching services both onsite and remotely.
Jane works on an hourly, retainer and full case fee basis. Realife Intervention Solutions,
