The property was brought into compliance about two months after the initial notice of violation and is currently in compliance. S. Bank. The attached Certificate of Title was recorded on August 4th, 2014. The property has been assigned to my firm, SunRaye Realty, for marketing. A copy of the listing agreement is attached. The property is currently under contract. The closing date is October 24th Shortly after the foreclosure, we were notified of code violations and liens. The lawn was mowed on August Code Enforcement Officer, Whitney Chapman, has confirmed that the property is now in compliance. 19th. There are currently liens in excess of$ 6, 700 on this property. Copies are attached. These liens were imposed well before the foreclosure. Since the liens were imposed before U. At the May 25, 2010 Hearing, the City of Palmetto Code Enforcement Director, Bill Strollo, testified that the Respondent had not complied with the Palmetto Code of Ordinances as ordered by the Administrative Order dated April 27, 2010. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The hearing has been properly notified and convened. A quorum is present and voting. 2.
