This is a dreamlike high Alpine World - the „Kingdom of the eternal snow“.
The high situated galcier gives the guarantee for snow throughout the winter season
in the Olympic Skiworld of Innsbruck. Skiers find 20 modern cable cars and ski lfts, 60
km white slopes in all grades of didfficulties in the ski area. There are also easy slopes
for beginners and advanced skiers. Driving distance from Innsbruck: 35 km.
The high situated Olympic Skizentrum Axamer Lizum ( 1570 – 2340 ), just 18 km from
Innsbruck starts the ski season usually with the first snow in the middle of November until in the middle of April. This is an excellent and snow guaranteed ski area for advanced
and good skiers. There is also a hillside with surface lift for beginners. Snowboarders
will find perfect terrain and a snowpark. 40 km of slopes and 10 modern skilifts and
numerous restaurants offer good time!
The ski area Patscherkofel offer ski slopes which were proven on weltcup competitions
and winter olympic games! The good snow conditions are guaranteed by new snow
cannons. There is an easy and rapid access by the new Olympia Express 4-chair-lift to
the long family ski run. Night skiing is also possible. Also the restaurant „Donwhill“ is new
on the top. The ski area Patscherkofel is 6 km from Innsbruck. (10-15 minutes by car. )

minutes from innsbruck. 22 km snow guaranteed downhill, including 14 km easy slopes
offer great fun for everybody. There is also a „Ski-land“ for the little kids to make their
first experience with snow sports and „magic carpets“ support the easy ascent.

It is a very nice ski area for comfortable skiing! It is a good choice for the whole family!
The sunny hills are really close to Innsbruck and 15 km well prepared slopes offer great
delight on skiing for everybody.
The beginners enjoy the easy slopes on the soft hills above Innsbruck.
Many children of Innsbruck started here their first experiences with skiing !
NORDPARK

It needs just 20 minutes to reach the ski area Nordpark on 2300m from the center of
Innsbruck. The station of the new mountain railway is only 150m far from the Hotel
Grauer Bär. There is a breathtaking view down the valley of Inn from this high situated
ski area. Beginners and expert skiers and especially snowboarders will enjoy their sport
on the sunny slopes with fascinating panorama view to the Alps.
For beginners the magic carpet is ideal for easy ascent.
