Sanction is hereby accorded to the hiring/allotment
of huts at Cheshmashahi and Pari
Mahal in favour of senior's officers as shown against each for a period up to ending October,
2014 as per Annexure-"A"
enclosed.
The allottees shall take over the possession of the allotted Huts from Deputy Director
Estates, Srinagar within a Period of 15 days from the date of opening of offices at Srinagar
failing which their allotment
The allotment
shall deemed to be treated as cancelled.
of such officers who may not move to Srinagar due to one or other
reason shall also be deemed to have been cancelled.
The allotted accommodation
will be available for occupancy from 4th May 2014
onwards.

2014 dated 11-04-2014 sanction is hereby accorded to the:1) Allotment of Hut No 3/229 (Double Bedroom) Parimahal, Srinagar in favour
of Sh. Sanjeev Verma, IAS, Transport Commissioner, J&K, in lieu of Hut No.
26 and;
2) Allotment of Hut No 26/106{ Single Bedroom) Chashmashahi, Srinagar in
favour of
Sh. J. L Sharma, DIG, Vigilance, J&K.
