PARTY BOOKING INFORMATION PACKET We at Twinkle Twinkle Kids' Café(TTKC) welcome the opportunity to help your family celebrate your important children's events! Twinkle Twinkle Kids' Caféis the ideal place to host your child’s birthday party or other special event. We provide a beautiful space, fun activities and gourmet food. You just have to invite your guests! Our party room can comfortably hold up to thirty (30) people and can be specially decorated according to your theme. For over seventy guests, the whole dining area and playground can also be reserved. Reservation Requirements, Days, Times and Discounts We require a minimum of one week's advance notice and deposit for Reserved Parties. Parties are two (2) hours long and can be scheduled every day, year-round, depending on availability. We currently offer a ten percent (10%) discount for parties reserved three (3) months in advance (with deposit). From time to time we offer other seasonal promotions, as well. Please check our website and/or call us to find out. Discounts may not be combined and restrictions and conditions may apply and may be updated without advance notice or posting. Party Times Session A: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Session B: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Session C: 5:00 pm -7:00 pm Party Packages All TTKC party packages include delicious food, beverages, ice cream, colorful balloons for each child and interactive activities hosted by our fun & friendly staff. ** Party Packages are designed for a minimum of ten (10) children and a minimum of ten (10) children will be charged for, even if less than ten attend. 1. BASIC PARTY (starting at $350): *Up to a total of ten (10) children with $25 for each additional (i.e. more than ten) child up to a maximum of thirty (30) children. Two Hour use of Private Party Room Free use of Playground and Cars (not private, exclusive use) Party Decorations Party Entertainer - includes choice of one of: - Magic Show *if available - Balloons (sculptures/animals) - Games (e.g. parachute, hot potato, etc) - Face Painting (kid-friendly, water-based) - Songs and Dancing (e.g. singing, freeze dance, etc.) *if available - Treasure Hunt (we provide 'treasures') Kids' Food Combo Choice Electronic Invitations * Goodie bags: Ten dollars ($10) each and up additionally. 2. THEMED PARTY "SMALL" ($450 and up): *Up to a total of ten (10) children with $38 for each additional (i.e. more than ten) child up to a maximum of thirty (30) children. Includes everything in Basic Party package, plus choice of one additional activity and special themed decorations and take-home 'goodie item' for each child. Optional Themed Cake: $35 and up (or bring your own) 3. THEMED PARTY "LARGE" ($650 and up): *Up to a total of fifteen (15) children with $35 for each additional (i.e. more than fifteen) child up to a maximum of thirty (30) children. Includes everything in Basic Party package, plus choice of one additional activity and special themed decorations and take-home 'goodie item' for each child. PRIVATE PARTIES (FOR 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY OR OTHER SPECIAL PARTIES) Exclusive use of our entire restaurant and play area for a three-hour party for all your guests! Includes dedicated staff members that will cater to your every need and also set up and serve all food. 11 am – 2 pm: $35 per person for 'Party Food Package A' or $45 per person for 'Party Food Package B'. 5 pm - 8 pm : $45 per person for 'Party Food Package A' or $60 per person for 'Party Food Package B'. If use of the party room exceeds three hours, there will be an additional charge of five hundred dollars ($500) for each additional hour or portion thereof. This may not be deducted from the security deposit. Minimum of seventy (70) guests required for private parties. Children are charged at $10 each for admission. Private party events (where facility is closed to public) require a $1000 non-refundable deposit. * Party room is not normally decorated for Private Parties, however, may be decorated for an additional $250 - $350. Please see following 'Food Menus' sections for Private Party Menu. Optional Party Activities Our TTKC party hosts will lead the party activities. Birthday kids will have fun with songs, a magic show, face-painting and games led by our party entertainers. Hosted activities are designed to take approximately ten to twenty minutes to leave time for other party activities, such as the cake and presents. If you have a special request for your party, please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention when you schedule your party. We can customize any activity and will be sure to make the day very special for your birthday child! Party Decorations We have a variety of customized party decorations that will help commemorate your day with us. Items must be ordered three weeks prior to the party date. Please meet our party coordinators for detailed information. Goodie Bags We have a variety of customized personal items that will help commemorate your day with us. Items must be ordered three weeks prior to the party date. Please meet our party coordinators for detailed information. Reservations / Deposits / Cancellations To reserve a date for your birthday party, please read through the Rules and Regulations and complete the attached application. After receiving confirmation that your date has been accepted, a security deposit of $250 for the private party room must be submitted in order to keep your date reserved. The full fee must be paid on the day of your party. The security deposit will be returned separately after the party, provided that no expenses were incurred (such as additional children, additional food or additional time in the party room) and that there were no damages to the property; it will not be deducted from the party bill, but be refunded separately. Additionally, parties with an estimated cost of $1000 or more will require a non-refundable 50% deposit paid at least two weeks before event. In case of a cancelation less than two days before the event, this 50% deposit will be forfeited and NOT applied to a postponed event. For private party event deposit policy, please see above under "4. PRIVATE PARTIES". All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be applied to any postponed event within one year. Rules and Regulations for Children’s Birthday Parties Birthday parties are designed for ten to thirty (10 – 30) participating children. All children ages 2 and older count towards this total. Children 1 - 2 years old not eating will be charged admission at $10 each. There is no limit on the number of adults that may attend. If there are any changes to your original reservation and you expect more than fifteen (15) children to attend, one week’s advance notice is required prior to the party to arrange for additional supplies. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All supplies and personal belongings must be kept in the party room. TTKC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Adults are also expected to order food from our Party Package Menu or a la carte. Pre-orders also accepted. No outside food will be allowed on premises with the exception of a cake or cupcakes. No smoking, alcohol or other drugs are permitted at children’s birthday parties. Violations will cause party to be terminated immediately without any refund of fees. Please speak to our managers if you need to post any signs off the premises. No pets are allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse birthday party requests at our discretion. TTKC will begin the party activities promptly on time. If you choose to wait for late guests, please be aware that the party will still end at the originally scheduled time. If use of the party room exceeds two hours, there will be an additional charge of one hundred dollars ($100) for each additional hour or portion thereof. This may NOT be deducted from the security deposit. Party Room must be completely vacated by ending time of event. We highly suggest you start to wrap things up twenty minutes in advance. Guests are welcome to stay in main hall after event is over. Bringing your own decorations If you wish to bring your own additional decorations (most typically for Basic Party packages), USUALLY a maximum of thirty (30) minutes will be allotted to decorate the room for your event, right before the start time. Furthermore, client decorations must be removed before end of event. As the party room may be booked before your event, we cannot guarantee a time longer nor earlier than that and in some rare cases, there will be no extra time before the beginning of the event. Unfortunately, we can also not provide additional staff to assist. Seating Tables in the party room are 48" X 36". Food and Display Tables are 72 ¼" X 30". Liability to Persons and Property Clients, guests and applicants explicitly assume liability for any and all bodily injury or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from the applicant’s use of the premises and to hold TTKC and its employees, volunteers, directors, officers and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims or assessments arising out of the applicant’s use of the premises. Clients, guests and applicants shall agree to be responsible for and reimburse TTKC for any loss or damage to the buildings its contents, equipment or grounds caused by the clients, applicants, guests or contractors. In specific, the applicant agrees to defend with counsel satisfactory to TTKC and to pay, protect, indemnify and save harmless TTKC from and against any and all liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including any and all attorneys’ fees and expenses of TTKC), causes of action, suits, claims, demands or judgments of any nature whatsoever arising from the exercise of this function rental agreement and (i) any work, act or omission to act done in, on or about TTKC premises or any part thereof, by or on behalf of the applicant or any person claiming under the applicant or the employees, agents, tenants, contractors, applicants, invitees or visitors of the applicant or any such person; (ii) injury to or the death of persons or damage to property on TTKC premises or upon adjoining property or in any way growing out of or connected with the use, non-use, condition, possession, operation, maintenance, management or occupation of TTKC premises by the applicant or any visitors of the applicant or any such person or resulting from the condition of TTKC premises; or (iii) violation of any agreement or condition of this function rental agreement or any applicable federal, state or local statutes, laws, regulations or other requirements, affecting TTKC premises or the ownership, occupancy or use thereof. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this agreement. ** Restrictions and conditions apply to discounted parties. Currently, discounted parties do NOT include take-home items (aka 'goodie items'), however, goodie items for discounted parties may be purchased additionally.
