t is hard to believe that we are already in the second half of
2013, but what an exciting and busy time it has been for the
WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham. The countdown
has begun for the completion of the highly anticipated Phase
Three development and expansion project at Wyndham Vacation

As we near completion on the AUD$30 million project and
add the finishing touches to a host of new and upgraded features,
we are also busily preparing for the official celebrations planned
for October. You can read about the latest updates on the final
stages of this major project on page 15.
As part of this expansion project, I’m thrilled to announce
the introduction of Karma Beach Fiji, which opened on the
beachfront of Wyndham Resort Denarau Island in early August.
The internationally renowned beach club brand, Karma, will
bring its signature mix of customised cocktails, delicious food,
entertainment and world-class service to Fiji. Find out the full

WINNING LETTER
page 15
e had such a lovely time recently
at Wyndham Vacation Resorts
Asia Pacific Denarau Island – even the
renovations and council works couldn’t
put a dampener on the location or staff. My
family and I spent two weeks in Fiji and,
from the time we arrived until the time we
left, we wanted to come back.
At 9.07am on 2 May 2013, the new pool
(now the adults retreat pool) was opened to
guests and we were the first to “try it out”.
The workmen in the background tell the
story well; we were the very first to swim
in the new pool as they put the finishing
touches on the landscaping and bubbles.
Our hats come off to all who worked so hard
to have it ready while we were on holiday.
Story
Email entries to mystory-sp@wyn.com
e’ve all been there. All those exciting months of planning
and booking, the packing and anticipation of things to
come. Then the big day arrives. All the last-minute hustle and
bustle before you jump in the car and start the infamous road trip
arguments. “How long till we’re there? I’m hungry. My Nintendo
has gone flat.” But then you see it. The first road sign indicating
you are on the final path to your much-awaited destination.
De-stressing is so easy when you take the simplistic style and
spaciousness of your WorldMark apartment with you on every
holiday. The kids slip very swiftly into their traditional swim in the
pool – five seconds after the car is unpacked – whilst the parents
set things up for that home away from home feel. Wine and beer
unpacked into the fridge, kids bags shoved into their rooms – then
it’s our turn to head to the pool for a few hours.
It’s the same every holiday except for one thing – the location
changes. The peace of mind of consistent service and quality no
matter where you go and yet every holiday is different. Different
views, restaurants to visit and people to meet. New friends to be
made and old friends found again…
But as the well-worn expression predicts, all good things must
come to an end. The long awaited holiday has now started nearing
the end. Our family has been here before. But never again. We
decided there are two ways to ensure we don’t suffer from post
holiday depression ever again. A – never take holidays again or
B – perpetual holidaying.
The Hodge family love the feeling of perpetual holidays!
“What?” I hear you say. Perpetual holidaying? You’re just
making that up. Correct, I did. And it’s the best thing we ever did.
It’s simple (well it is if you’re a WorldMark Owner). All you have
to do is ensure you have your next holiday booked before your
current one is over. So now whenever you near the end of your
holiday – you start looking forward to your next one.
Of course we’ve taken it to the extreme. Hunter Valley this
weekend, two weeks in Port Douglas and Cairns in September/
October, followed by a week in Fiji in November. And to top it
off, we’ve taken advantage of borrowing next year’s Credits to
book next year’s holiday – eight nights in the beautiful Wyndham
Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Coffs Harbour – Treetops.

The Process
Customer feedback has come a long way since
the days of filling out paper surveys. Today,
companies are using complex software to
better understand, respond to and act upon
guests’ feedback. Wyndham Vacation Resorts
Asia Pacific is leading this trend in the Vacation
Ownership sector by implementing the same
analysis software as some of the world’s most
admired brands including Apple, eBay and Nike.
The survey
You will receive an online Owner satisfaction
survey invitation shortly after you depart one
of your WorldMark resorts. The questionnaire
The results are then instantly processed in the
sophisticated software system, allowing resort
managers to immediately view feedback as
well as broader trends, graphs and analysis.
Any issues are promptly followed up and
tracked via the system, to ensure that they are
suitably resolved. Wyndham is dedicated to
listening to you, our WorldMark Owners, and
providing the very best holiday experience. For
this reason, we only consider scores of 9 or 10 to
be acceptable and anything less indicates room
for improvement.
The Results
This cutting-edge technology gives Owners
another channel to voice their feedback. By
receiving such deeply analysed feedback,
Wyndham is able to set higher goals and
benchmarks, which in turn will take your
WorldMark experiences to even greater heights.
This is backed up by detailed quality audits
at all resorts and mystery shopper programs
to better monitor our product. It’s all about

I was lucky enough to experience the magic of Port Douglas
on my getaway to the jewel of Tropical North Queensland.
This glamorous resort village welcomed me with open arms –
offering incredible natural beauty, delicious gourmet food and
an abundance of activities.

Watch the drop: Take shorter showers, don’t leave the tap running while
you brush your teeth, use the dishwasher on a full load and wash a full load
of clothes in cold water on the eco setting.
Reduce your use: Always recycle where possible to ensure minimal
waste. By conserving energy, saving water and reducing waste on holiday,
you will be helping to decrease costs at Club resorts, which in turn also helps
to keep your levy payments to a minimum.

The stunning Great Barrier Reef.
If you prefer an active holiday, there is a gym, a tour desk
to help you arrange tours and cruises, plus Four Mile Beach is
just a short stroll away. I took advantage of this by starting my
mornings with a walk along the shore, splashing my feet in the
warm surf.
The recently refurbished accommodation is spacious and
well equipped. Choose from hotel rooms and self-contained one
and two-bedroom apartments featuring a stylish, natural colour
palette and plantation shutters.
Port Douglas is home to some of the finest dining experiences
in Australia, exciting animal attractions and a host of activities.
Whether you’re looking for a gentle change of pace or an
exhilarating adventure, I happily discovered that this magnificent
holiday destination caters for both. You can keep busy with
swimming, diving, snorkelling, fishing, jungle surfing and croc
spotting or simply enjoy lazy days on the sun-drenched beaches
and retail therapy along Macrossan Street.
6
things to
do in
Port
Douglas
1. Great Barrier Reef
The Great Barrier Reef stretches for more than 2,300
kilometres and boasts 400 types of coral and 1,500 species of
fish. Explore this natural museum on an Outer Barrier Reef
tour with Quicksilver Cruises. Quicksilver’s wavepiercing
catamaran travels to Agincourt Reef, where you can
scuba dive, snorkel, or stay dry in the semi-submersible or
underwater observatory.
Fast Fact: The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park covers an
area of 348,000 square kilometres, which is larger than the
total area of the state of Victoria.
2. Daintree Rainforest
Home to more than 3,000 plant species, the Daintree
Rainforest is a pristine environment that is loved for
fishing, crocodile spotting, hiking and four-wheel-driving.
Cape Tribulation, which is located 34 kilometres north of
Daintree Village, is well worth a visit to see the rainforest
meet the reef. Jungle surfing is an exciting way to explore
the rainforest’s tropical beauty on a fun zipline flying fox
through the rainforest canopy.
Fast Fact: The Daintree Rainforest is over 135 million
years old.
Main: Ramada Port Douglas is surrounded by tropical rainforest. Above left to right: Soar over the rainforest on the Skyrail Cableway; the resort’s resident cockatoo;
the large open plan Reception area brings the outdoors in.
I arrived in Cairns to warm, sunny weather and promptly
hired a car to take the easy one-hour drive north to Port Douglas.
The drive along the Captain Cook Highway is spectacular, so I
took my time to stop along the way.
My first pit stop was the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, which
spans seven-and-a-half kilometres across lush tropical rainforest.
As I journeyed to Kuranda, gliding high above the treetops
and into the heart of the Barron Gorge National Park, I was
mesmerised by panoramic views of the rainforest and the Coral
Sea, accompanied by the song of exotic birds.
Following this beautiful rainforest experience, I was eager
to pull over in Palm Cove to see the hype surrounding this
tiny oceanside haven. Private and peaceful, Palm Cove boasts a
picture-perfect beach lined with palm trees and it is an idyllic
spot to just relax. As I continued driving along the coastal road
to Port Douglas, I had my final stop at Rex Lookout to admire the
stunning vista of Trinity Bay and the Coral Sea.
Driving into Port Douglas along Port Douglas Road, the
prominent Ramada Resort signage made it easy to find Wyndham
Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific at Ramada Port Douglas.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the resident cockatoo and
friendly Reception team, who kindly offered me a chilled face
cloth and bottled water – a welcome treat considering I was
travelling on the cusp of summer. I found this WorldMark resort
very appealing. I particularly loved the spacious open plan
Reception area, which connects you to the outdoors, and the
resort team’s attentive hospitality.
The unique tropical surroundings are unlike any other
resort in town. Ramada Port Douglas is set amongst a pocket
of Melaleuca rainforest and lush gardens, with the swaying
fronds on tall trees and free flowing waterways filled with large
barramundi creating a tranquil atmosphere.
There is no better place to escape than Ramada Port Douglas.
The relaxing resort facilities include a heated lagoon style pool
with waterfall and swim up bar, day spa and Tree Bar and Grill
Restaurant. I dined at the onsite restaurant three times during my
stay and each meal was simply sensational.
The standout though was the wild North Queensland
barramundi served with crab and lemon potato cake, bok choy
and mango and lychee salsa for dinner – the summery flavours
were so fresh that I found myself savouring each mouthful.
Succumb to relaxation at the resort’s day spa, which boasts
nine treatment rooms, an infrared sauna, steam room and two
vichy rooms. There is a range of skincare, body and beauty
services available including massages, facial therapies, pedicure,
manicure and packages.
3. Sunday Markets
Established almost 20 years ago, the Sunday Markets are
held every Sunday from 8am to 1.30pm in Anzac Park. The
markets provide local goods including fresh tropical fruit,
exotic flowers, arts and crafts, pottery, glassware, jewellery,
and unique Australian souvenirs.
4. Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures
See the fascinating domain of the saltwater crocodile
at Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures. This family-friendly
attraction features crocodile and koala feeding, snake
handling, wetland boat rides and wildlife presentations.
5. sailaway sunset sail
Experience peace and relaxation onboard Sailaway’s Sunset
Sail, which glides along the coastline off Port Douglas as the
sun sets over the Coral Sea.
6. Mossman Gorge
Clockwise from top: Delicious dining at Tree Bar and Grill; the Sunday Markets
boast beautiful jewellery; the recently refurbished accommodation has a sleek look;
pick up fresh produce at the Sunday Markets.
Story Continues
10 QUEENSLAND’S JEWEL
The laid-back town of Mossman is best known for Mossman
Gorge, where the Mossman River tumbles over huge
granite boulders, creating cool freshwater swimming holes.
There are fantastic bush walks to enjoy.
Fast Fact: Mossman Gorge is home to the Kuku Yalanji
people, the traditional owners of the area.
Have breakfast with the birds at Wildlife Habitat.
UNDERSTANDING
Of course, Port Douglas is most famous for the two World
Heritage-listed natural attractions on its doorstep: the Daintree
Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. The highlight for me was
snorkelling in the largest coral reef in the world – so vast it can be
seen from space! I was in awe of the Great Barrier Reef’s breathtaking
underwater wonderland of unique coral and vibrant marine life, and
highly recommend it to anyone planning a holiday to Port Douglas.
From the sophisticated, yet relaxed village atmosphere that
instantly makes you feel like you’re on holiday, to the beautiful sights
of the reef and rainforest, I can’t wait to spend more time in lovely
Port Douglas.

12 QUEENSLAND’S JEWEL
ort Douglas in Tropical North Queensland tops
my bucket-list of must-visit Aussie destinations.
While I love to relax while on holidays, I’m also a big
fan of unique activities, so I’ll definitely be stopping at
the Wildlife Habitat to enjoy their famous ‘Breakfast
with the Birds’. Here you can experience a tropical
breakfast buffet while up close and personal with tawny
frogmouth owls, black cockatoos and brightly coloured
lorikeets. As the birds would tell you, there’s no better
way to take in Port Douglas’ incredible surrounds than
from the air, so I plan to book a sunrise hot air balloon
tour to take in views of the reef and the majestic
Atherton Tablelands. Of course a trip to this special
part of the world would not be complete without a visit
to the Great Barrier Reef, and for something different,
I plan to sail out to the Agincourt Ribbon Reefs to
swim with dwarf minke whales (they are common
between March and October with peak season from
July to September). Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures,
white water rafting, Cape Tribulation, the Daintree
Rainforest and Mossman Gorge are also on my list of
Port Douglas adventures... so I think I will need a week.
Spring is an ideal time to go and Ramada Port Douglas
is the perfect launch pad for your adventure
of a lifetime... what are we waiting for?
Meet you there!

Owner Updates
Owner Education sessions are held in groups with other
Owners, usually at venues other than WorldMark resorts.
They are interactive sessions geared to educating you on
the best ways to maximise the use of your Ownership.
These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to have your
questions answered and will help you get away on your
next holiday.
Owner Updates are one-on-one sessions with a Sales
Representative, which usually take place when you are
visiting a WorldMark resort. These sessions are tailored
to your individual Ownership needs, providing you with
the latest information on new developments in the Club
and a review of your Ownership to ensure you have the
right amount of Vacation Credits for your holiday needs.

The Countdown Begins for Fiji’s
BIG REVEAL
Stay somewhere familiar or choose
to holiday at any of our 4000
affiliated resorts in approximately
100 countries!
Excitement is building as the finishing
touches are added to the highlyanticipated Phase Three development and
expansion project at WorldMark South
Pacific Club’s flagship resort, Wyndham
Resort Denarau Island.
• The AUD$30 million project, which includes luxurious
new accommodation, an adults retreat pool and a host of
other upgrades is now in its final stages, with an exciting
official ceremony planned for October 2013. To mark
this momentous occasion, celebrations will include
a spectacular fireworks display and Fijian cultural
performances. Owners staying at the resort during this
time will be invited to attend the festivities.
• The 63 new luxury apartments are nearing completion
and include 51 one, two and three-bedroom Deluxe
Apartments, eight spacious three-bedroom Grand Suites
and four indulgent three and four-bedroom Presidential
Suites, which boast private plunge pools and entertainment
decks.
• A major highlight of the expansion is the introduction of
Wyndham’s first Karma Beach Club, which will operate
on absolute beachfront at Wyndham Resort Denarau
Island. Turn the page to read all about this stylish new
dining and entertainment hotspot.
• The recently opened Mamacita Mexican Bar and
Restaurant is quickly gaining a reputation for being
the best dining spot on the island, with its mouthwatering Mexican fare, steaks, seafood and indulgent
desserts. The restaurant’s special margarita has reached
legendary status too!
• The resort’s second lagoon pool has now been officially
converted into the adults retreat pool, offering a
tranquil escape complete with alcove spa areas for total
relaxation. A swim-up pool bar and upper-deck bar
carrying the Karma Beach Club brand completes this
stylish new area.
• Many environmentally sustainable features have been
implemented including the use of local timbers, natural
light and cross flow ventilation, energy saving lighting,
water saving devices, plus energy efficient cooling
systems.
• To date over 1,144,756 man-hours have gone into the
project over approximately 22 months.
Stay tuned for more updates and booking information by

Wyndham Resort Denarau Island takes modern beachfront dining and
entertainment to a stylish new level, with the introduction of Fiji’s first
Karma Beach Club.
DID YOU KNOW?
atching the sun dip behind the horizon while feasting on decadent fresh
seafood and tropical cocktails is the stuff holiday dreams are made of. Now
internationally-renowned beach club brand Karma is bringing this experience
to Fiji, opening the new Karma Beach Fiji bar, restaurant and beach club on the
sandy shores of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Denarau Island. After a
day of island-hopping, sit back on bean bags and day beds, or choose a private
pavilion to relax and listen to chilled-out tunes as gentle waves lap the sand.
Karma Beach Fiji boasts a world-class menu inspired by the tropics yet
influenced by the foods and casual Greek dining style of Mykonos. Indulge in
a seafood feast of fresh lobster, shucked oysters and prawns, a platter of fine
French cheeses, or Mediterranean tapas to share with friends. The luxe Karma
experience can be enjoyed all day long, with scrumptious breakfasts, brunches
and lunches on offer too.
Karma’s in-house mixologist expertly designs Karma Beach Fiji’s signature
cocktails, using only the finest spirits. Kick back with a Tau Martini, a Kaula
Daiquiri or simply request your favourite mix. There’s also a range of delicious
non-alcoholic cocktails and an expansive international wine list.
Wyndham Resort Denarau Island’s main pool bar, now known as Karma
Dua Tale Bar and Café will also feature Karma’s signature food, beverage and
entertainment, as well as the newly constructed adults’ retreat pool bar, Karma
Maravu Bar. Wherever you decide to quench your thirst, you can be assured of
Karma’s world-renowned service and quality.
Officially opened on Saturday 3 August, Karma Beach Fiji is undoubtedly
one of the highlights of the soon-to-be-completed Phase Three expansion
project at Wyndham Resort Denarau Island. Long, lazy days under the
Fijian sun have never been so relaxing, with the addition of this blissful
new beachfront sanctuary and its tantalising combination of haute cuisine,
cocktails and tasteful music. Visit wyndhamAP.com/worldmarksp/denarau

Experience
THE
Two Privileges Platinum members who attended the 100 Club
event shared the delightful story of how they met and how Wyndham
played a part in their unique love story. Glenn and Siggy Covill from
Brisbane, met through a friend on a day trip to Stradbroke Island in
Queensland. Shortly afterwards, Siggy had to fly back to her home in
England, but she and Glenn kept in touch.
Not having the funds to fly to England, Club Owner Glenn turned
to Wyndham for help. “I called the Travel Club to see what they could
do for me. After a little planning I used all my existing Credits and
borrowed Credits to purchase return flights to England for
three-and- a-half weeks,” said Glenn.
“Eight months later in April 2009, we exchanged our vows and
have been happily married ever since, enjoying many breaks
using our Credits,” he continued.
Many happy wishes to Glenn and Siggy from the
team at Wyndham.

elected Privileges by Wyndham Platinum members
experienced a weekend of unforgettable luxury
during the inaugural Privileges Platinum 100 Club
event, which took place on 31 May to 3 June 2013 on
the beautiful Gold Coast.
The exclusive event was attended by 15 Privileges
Platinum members who have acquired a minimum of
100,000 Annual Privileges Qualified Credits. Enjoying
the style and comfort of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia
Pacific Surfers Paradise, the 100 Club members were treated
to four days of exciting activities and luxurious experiences.
A private tour of Wyndham’s Corporate Centre,
including the Owner Services Centre, was followed by an
intimate welcome cocktail party hosted by members of
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific’s Executive Team.
The night’s festivities included a spectacular performance
by Aerial Angels Entertainment.
The 100 Club attendees also discovered the Gold Coast’s
relaxing side with a blissful massage at the Golden Door
Health Spa and incredible dining showcasing the finest
local fare. 100 Club members had their tastebuds satisfied
with an a la carte lunch of lobster and eye-fillet steak at
the penthouse suite at Jupiters Casino and a three-course
dinner at Q1’s Skydeck.
A highlight was the magnificent gala dinner at Sea
World. Members sipped on a signature cocktail on arrival
and enjoyed one-of-a-kind dining in Sea World’s Shark
Bay, while a soloist provided entertainment and a Sea
World representative educated members on the resident
underwater creatures.

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Denarau
Island in October.
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and
the WorldMark South Pacific Club are of course

wyndham’s global growth
23
Destinations Magazine chatted to Barry
Robinson, CEO and Managing Director of
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific
and Managing Director of Wyndham
Hotel Group in the South Pacific, about
Wyndham’s global growth and what it
means for the WorldMark South Pacific Club.
LODGING
VACATION EXCHANGE AND RENTAL
VACATION OWNERSHIP
Destinations: How has Wyndham’s global expansion
helped to grow the resort destinations in the
WorldMark South Pacific Club?
Barry Robinson: When Wyndham Hotel Group expanded its
operations into the South Pacific in 2009, it presented Wyndham
Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific with a great opportunity. We were
able to strategically partner with our sister company to provide
even more opportunities for the WorldMark South Pacific Club.
In 2010, we began to acquire mixed-use properties in partnership
with Wyndham Hotel Group. Our first acquisition of this kind
was Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Surfers Paradise.
These types of mixed-use resorts offer dedicated
accommodation to both Vacation Owners and hotel guests. It is
a successful expansion model, which has enabled us to grow the
Club’s resort portfolio rapidly into iconic and desirable locations
including Surfers Paradise and Port Douglas in Queensland
and Phillip Island in Victoria. It has also recently provided us
with the opportunity to commence development of a brand new
property in the Melbourne CBD.
Destinations: What kind of expansion has Wyndham
Hotel Group been experiencing globally?
Barry Robinson: Wyndham Hotel Group’s global operations
have been expanding rapidly. In fact, Wyndham added more
gross rooms to its development slate last year than during any
year in the company’s history. As of 31 December 2012, the group
had approximately 930 hotels and 110,700 rooms in the pipeline,
of which 59% were new construction and 56% were outside the
United States. As of 30 June 2013, Wyndham had approximately
7,410 hotels and over 635,100 rooms in its portfolio.
Wyndham Hotel Group has iconic brands and hotel choices
spanning every category, from upscale to economy. The company
prides itself on providing hotel guests with exceptional customer
service and great value.
Wyndham Hotel Group brands include Wyndham® Hotels and
Resorts, Ramada®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Wingate by Wyndham®,
Baymont Inn & Suites®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®,
Hawthorn Suites® by Wyndham, TRYP by WyndhamTM, Howard
Johnson®, Travelodge® in the USA and Knights Inn®. The company
also has a license agreement to franchise the Planet Hollywood®
Hotels and Night® brands and provide management
services globally.
Select brands have been identified for growth in
the South Pacific including Days Inn, Night, TRYP by
Wyndham, Planet Hollywood Hotels and Ramada.
The company’s loyalty program, Wyndham Rewards®,
is the largest in the hospitality industry based on the
number of participating hotels, and has nearly seven
million active members.
Destinations: What kind of growth has
Wyndham Vacation Ownership seen globally?
Destinations: What’s next?
Barry Robinson: Wyndham Worldwide continues to be
recognised as one of the most diverse, greenest and best performing
hospitality companies in the industry. In 2012, the company
was named FORTUNE Magazine’s Most Admired Company in
the hospitality industry for a second consecutive year and was
also ranked among the top 100 greenest companies in the US by
Newsweek Magazine.
Between 2009 and 2012, Wyndham Worldwide’s
share price experienced 12 times the growth compared
to Apple, who experienced six times the growth in the
same period.
Wyndham Worldwide has really paved its
strong future by being the only hospitality company
in the world to offer Vacation Ownership, hotel
accommodation, holiday rentals and exchange
networks under its three key business arms: Wyndham
Vacation Ownership, Wyndham Hotel Group, and
Wyndham Exchange & Rentals.
In the Asia Pacific, we will continue to grow and
look for opportunities to add more destinations to our
resort portfolio and continually enhance the Vacation Ownership
experience for our Owners. It is certainly an exciting time to be a
WorldMark Owner.
It is certainly
an exciting
time to be a
WorldMark
Owner.
Barry Robinson: Wyndham Vacation Ownership has also seen
incredible growth in the past year with the acquisition of Shell
Vacations Club increasing its Owner base to close to a million
Owners. Wyndham Vacation Ownership now has over 185 resorts
throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and
the South Pacific that represent approximately 23,000 individual
Vacation Ownership units, making it the world’s largest Vacation
Ownership company.

Introducing
Invitation by
Wyndham
ourmet
Sharing the WorldMark secret of smarter
holidaying is now even more rewarding, with
the launch of the new Invitation by Wyndham
referral program.
Senior Vice President of Marketing and
WorldMark Services, Mark Potgieter explains
the program’s fantastic new benefits and
how you can make an important difference to
the growth of the Club.
GETAWAYS
Words by Tara Chilcott
Destinations Magazine: What is Invitation by Wyndham?
Mark Potgieter:
I am really excited about this fantastic new initiative because not only does it offer great rewards
for telling your family and friends about the WorldMark lifestyle, it also helps to grow the Club and
put more dots on the map. You have already discovered a smarter way to holiday. Now you can
connect your family, friends and loved ones to the fantastic lifestyle you already enjoy and receive
great rewards along the way.
Destinations Magazine: So how do referrals actually help grow the WorldMark South Pacific Club?
Mark Potgieter: Every time you tell your family and friends about the amazing benefits of Vacation Ownership,
you are not only helping them holiday smarter, but you are also helping to grow your Club. More
Owners equate to more holiday destinations on the WorldMark map. That means more fantastic
experiences and more unforgettable holiday memories. So Invitation by Wyndham creates great
opportunities for everyone. There are currently more than 46,000 Owner families in the Club, so the
opportunities for expansion are endless!
Destinations Magazine: How will Owners benefit when they refer?
Mark Potgieter: After listening to your feedback, Invitation by Wyndham was developed to offer more tangible
rewards for Owners. Now you can enjoy amazing holidays more often. If you can spare some time
to attend a presentation with your family or friends and they become Owners, you will receive
AUD$400 off your levies. By successfully referring just a few friends each year, you can dramatically
reduce or even remove your levy costs altogether! Invitation by Wyndham also rewards Owners with
gift cards, which can be spent at a range of great stores.
Destinations Magazine: Talk to us about the team and inspiration behind this great new initiative.
Mark Potgieter: The Invitation by Wyndham Team is primarily dedicated to providing Count On Me! service to all
Owners to help make sure you are enjoying your Ownership and getting the maximum benefits.
They are also dedicated to helping you grow the Club so you have more great destinations to
discover with your loved ones.
Find out more or start referring now and
enjoy great rewards!
