Checkout Procedures Bidding for the silent auction will close at 7:45 p.m. Auction volunteers will collect bid sheets and highlight the winner at that time. Bidding for the live auction will commence at approximately 7:25 p.m. and close at approximately 7:45 p.m. Auction volunteers will collect signatures from the highest bidder for each item at that time. At the conclusion of the evening at approximately 8:30 p.m., winners may visit the auction checkout table located in the ballroom foyer to pay for and receive their item(s).
