Recommend periodic maintenance to assure safe and efficient use and to help prolong life of units. Garage WH unit has undetermined life, recommend budgeting for replacing is necessary. The evaporative coolers need to be cleaned and serviced before seasonal use. Replacing the cooler pads periodically will improve interior air quality and help unit run more efficiently. While units were winterized and not operational at time of inspection they appeared used but functional, recommend seasonal maintenance to manufacturers specifications.
