I Put on 10lbs of muscle before my pro day, increased my vert by 6 inches and TOOK .4 OFF MY 40. I weighed 260, ran a 4.55 and got drafted in the 7th round. I ALSO MADE THE 53 MAN ROSTER MY ROOKIE YEAR.
