Dear Agent or Prospective AthleteFirst off, we want to thank you for your interest in Fit Speed Athletic Performance.
The NFL Combine may not be the best and most reliable predictor of NFL success, but it’s something we have to do because there
are MILLIONS of dollars at stake. With that said, we prep our athletes better than anyone else and will put you in the best position
possible to maximize those MILLIONS of dollars. We are the best out there because we leave no stone unturned in our program
design. We make sure that when you are presented with a challenge at Indianapolis or your pro day, you have already successfully
completed that challenge 100 times at Fit Speed.
Our comprehensive program will optimize everything from your physical to your mental skills, from your head to your toes. Your
mind and body will regenerate every night because we teach it to, and every morning you will feel like you have been resting for two
weeks. Our program is limited to a very select number of players each year to ensure that EVERY athlete gets the attention they
need. We believe 100% in QUALITY over quantity.

BROAD JUMP
There’s a direct correlation between
broad jump and 40 yd dash. Jump
far run fast, we say. We have a
dedicated day each week to broad
jump enhancement because of that
correlation, and we develop 11 ft
jumpers and 4.3’s year in and year
out.
We leave no stone unturned when it comes to draft prep
development. Shuttles, L Drill, Interview prep, position drills, speed
work, wonderlic prep, you name it, we cover it. That’s why we have
one of the most successful and results based programs in the
country. We don’t take 80 guys and improve 15 of them. We take
25 and get results with 100% of them EVERY SINGLE YEAR.

What is Real Food? Food that NATURALLY nourishes our bodies, and supplies us with the
proper nutrients required for a healthy and sustainable life. To perform at your peak you must
fuel yourself correctly. Regardless of how hard you work out or how closely you follow our
world class program, if you do not fuel correctly, you will not get better. Period.
Our Performance Chef cooks our meals daily to provide the absolute best nutrition that can be
found on the planet. Everything is 100% organic and all meats are grass fed. Meal and portion
sizes are customized for each athlete based on goals and nutritional needs. Oh, and the food
tastes amazing too!
Our combine athletes are also fueled before, during and
after every workout with the best performance supplements
available. All of our supplements are NSF approved and
each supplementation regimen is customized to provide the
greatest benefit for each athlete.

After reading through our material I hope you realize that Fit Speed AP is not your ordinary training
center. It was ACTUALLY designed with the individual athlete in mind (many places say that but
can’t prove it). Our goal is to help athletes start and prolong their NFL career with the best, most
scientifically proven training techniques available. Our facility has absolutely everything needed to
maximize our athlete’s genetic potential, but none of the fluff that many facilities contain. WE
TRAIN TO GET BETTER, THAT’S IT. That’s our philosophy; nothing more, nothing less.
Space in our combine prep program is VERY LIMITED to ensure results. So, we
