Appendix 7 17 LUMSDALE – NEW SCHEDULED MONUMENT STATUS Lumsdale Mills and associated water management features have been included on the Schedule of Monuments by the Secretary of State for Culture, Media & Sport. The Council to receive the documents supplied. 18 LEGIONELLA AUDIT As the Council runs a public building, they need to take suitable precautions to prevent or control the risk of exposure to legionella.
