The Norfolk Coastline
Holiday Village Locations
Refreshing sea air and miles of sandy beaches makes
the Norfolk coast a favourite for thousands of holiday
makers.
For those who prefer a traditional seaside holiday,
the resorts of Hemsby, Scratby and Great Yarmouth
offer plenty to see and do from amusement arcades
to fun fairs - the kids will love it. Mundesley is a little
more sedate - life here is more peaceful, allowing you
plenty of time to make new friends and appreciate the
scenery.
You are also close to the Norfolk Broads so why not
spend a day cruising the waterways? Staff at your
Norfolk Holiday Village can book a day cruiser for you
- it’s that easy!
All but one of our Holiday Villages are situated on the
beautiful Norfolk coast. South Downs Holiday Village is
situated on the Sussex Coast near Chichester.
The Sussex Coastline
A temperate climate makes the beautiful Sussex
coastline and countryside an ideal location for a
holiday break. Chichester is nearby, boasting a historic
cathedral and Portsmouth is always worth exploring
with HMS Victory, a popular attraction.

The village has 20 acres of lush
green lawns so you never feel
crowded wherever you are. We have
fully equipped and comfortable
accommodation in your own private
chalet.
Adults can take the opportunity for a
swim in the indoor heated pool while
the children are entertained in the
Elle Club with loads of fun packed
activities or why not let them loose
on our new for 2008 indoor play area
and activity centre. All the family can
enjoy the evening shows in our famous
Copacabana Club or a relaxing drink in
the newly refurbished Rio Bar with live
sky entertainment and sports.
Facilities

Family Holidays by the golden beaches of Hemsby with soft
rolling dunes and safe bathing for all the family. Hemsby is
just 5 miles from Great Yarmouth and the beautiful Norfolk
coastline. The surrounding areas offer a wide variety of
family activities with numerous places of interest to visit, such
as the historic town of Cromer for crab fishing and its pier
entertainment. Why not take the 30 minute train ride to Norwich
and visit the shopping malls, followed by a trip on the boat
bus or a day cruiser. Then return back to Hemsby beach to
experience the fun packed family activity centres, with arcades,
diners and shopping right on your doorstep.

The Copacabana Club
This family club is famous for our live shows, cabarets,
outstanding local talent including bands, discos and a great
atmosphere.

The Rio Bar
The newly refurbished Rio Bar with its open plan feel is ideal
for a day or night out. You can play darts and pool in the
competitions or just play for fun, why not just sit and relax with
a drink and watch all the live sporting events on the BIG
screen TV.
Swimming Pool
A fantastic and exhilarating heated indoor pool open from
9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm. The pool provides a safe and fun
environment for all the family; speak to our lifeguards for all
information on galas and events.
Launderette
The launderette* is conveniently situated on site and opening
times are from 8am – 9pm seven days a week.
Arcade and Bowling
The newly refurbished arcade is great fun for all the family with
up to date games and machines. You can get snacks from the
venders and drinks are available at the Rio Bar from 11am.
Why not try your skill on our indoor bowling lanes?* (The
entertainments team run children’s bowling events as part of the
Elle Club)

The Village
There is always something to do at
Summerfields.
Summerfields is the perfect place for
those who wish to combine easy access
to the golden sands of the Norfolk coast
and Great Yarmouth. Norfolk offers
great family entertainment with fun fairs
and the serene beauty of the Broads
with its wonderful variety of wildlife and
flora. Add to this our great range of on
site facilities, friendly staff and excellent
nightly entertainment for the holiday to
remember.
Location
Summerfields is located in the quiet village of Scratby with beach
access right on the doorstep and cliffs just a few minutes walk
away. Great Yarmouth is just 3 miles away and the Norfolk
coastline is a five minute walk. You could choose to visit Cromer
famous for its crab fishing and pier entertainment. Why not
take the 30 minute train ride to Norwich and visit the shopping
malls, followed by a trip on the bus boat or a day cruiser.

Then return back to Summerfields for a fun packed evening of
entertainment.
For those wanting a more relaxing break, there are a number of
stately homes all within an hour’s drive, including Somerleyton
and Blickling Halls. For a more exciting family day out why
not visit the dinosaur park, wildlife park or horse racing and
stockcar racing at the Yarmouth stadium.

There is a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool with a spa
bath, sauna and solarium. The pool provides a safe and friendly

The arcade is great fun for all the family with up-to-date games
and machines. This facility is open from 9am to midnight 7
days a week so you will never be short of something to do. You
can get snacks and refreshments from our great diner on site.

entertainments team run children’s bowling events as part of
the Elle Club). Mum and Dad can try their skills in the pool and
darts competitions at the same time.

Outdoor Play Area
This is a great facility for those kids with a sense of adventure
and an imagination to match. There is crazy golf* for all the
family to enjoy and a sports field for a kick about or a family
friendly football tournament. There are special areas set aside
for dog walking.
Elle Elephant Club
Meet Elle and Ritchie Richardson daily from 10.30am
– 12.00am and then from 7.00pm – 8.00pm. There is fun
and games for all 5 to 11 year olds organised by our own
entertainments team. The indoor play area** is a great space for
the kids to jump around on the bouncy castle and have fun on
all the equipment in this free to use facility.
Weekly Competitions/Entertainment
Every night is party night in the Summerfields Showbar, nightly
cabarets and in-house shows from our fantastic entertainments
team. Then eyes down every night for prize bingo where you
can win cash prizes or even a free holiday on our holiday flyer.
Other great competitions to win holidays include: Adult and
Junior talent and Miss Summerfields (Entry to all competitions
is free).
Bobby’s Diner
Whilst here at Summerfields we offer great self catering facilities
you can also take advantage of our diner offering a wide menu
choice to suit all tastes and budgets. Why not opt for our HalfBoard option for breakfast and evening meal at the small cost
of £9.50 per day for adults and £5.50 for children if booked in
advance of your arrival. You can change your mind any day if
you have not booked this option for £11.00 per day adults and
£7.00 for children.***
Horizon Bar****
In the Horizon Bar you can relax in the adults only area with
wide screen TV’s showing all the major sporting events. Why not
just sit, chat and unwind while the Kids are in the Elle Club?

Location
Situated just 6 miles south of Chichester, at Bracklesham Bay, we
are 800 yards from the sea front overlooking the Isle of Wight,
across the Solent. The area is very flat so access is excellent and
the holiday village itself is very accessible in all areas (except the
hotel accommodation which is reached by 21 stairs – we do not
have a lift).
Facilities
Make use of our on-site facilities, gentle sporting pursuits, coffee
shop, bars and day-time activities such as line-dancing, quizzes
and competitions.
Entertainment
As well as our special feature breaks which cater for specific
tastes, our entertainment programme throughout the year
follows our tradition of live music and entertainment. Our
resident entertainers present their own original production shows
and some have their own cabaret spots. They also keep you
happy and occupied during the day and you are welcome to
join all the activities.
Also resident is our live band who play for varied styles of
dancing as well as accompanying the shows. The programme is
supplemented by visiting artistes, many of whom spend much of
their time entertaining abroad on cruise liners as well as many

Facilities
venues around the country. We also welcome a range of artistes
from the world of variety theatre who bring the atmosphere of
the Music Hall and summer seasons to Gerry’s Bar, our intimate
cabaret venue, at various times of the year.
Food and Drink
For most of the year we offer full-board holidays but in Summer
(Mid May to Early September) we offer half-board terms, with
breakfast and dinner. Lunches are available during the Summer
in our new Restaurant and are very reasonably priced but our
guests have told us that they would like more time in the day
to take advantage of excursions and to be able to explore
further afield without being restricted by a lunch-time meal. In
the Summer our brochure prices have been held close to 2007
prices to compensate for this change.
Our food is one of the most frequent talking points for our
guests who tell us that it is plentiful, imaginative and wellprepared and who are we to argue with those opinions!
Our Head Chef has been with us for almost 20 years and has
an excellent brigade working with him. Our ingredients are first
class and we source as much local produce as we can. Our
menu changes seasonally to ensure we are able to make the
most of fresh produce at different times of year.

Accommodation
We have one standard of accommodation,
all en-suite with bath and/or shower and
all well furnished and equipped with
colour TV, tea and coffee-making facilities
and room safe. Towels are provided and
changed as required during our daily
room service (Sundays on request only).
The Hotel accommodation is on the first
floor of the main building and is reached
by 21 steps. Please note, we do not have a
lift. The Chalets situated in the picturesque
grounds are all within easy reach of the
main complex and are fully equipped
in the same way as the hotel rooms. We
have a number of fully disabled-adapted
rooms which are suitable for those who
are confined to wheelchairs or suffer from
severe mobility problems.

Premier
These are our best and biggest chalets. All Premier chalets
are brick built, have two rooms and have a larger colour
television. Premier chalets either have a divan or a bed in
the front room. You will be advised of what is available
when booking.
All premier chalets have showers.

There are three types of premier apartments that sleep either 4/5 people.
The only difference is the bedroom layout.
All premier apartments have an en-suite bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom
with bath, a separate lounge area, a kitchen/diner. There is also a separate entrance
into the master bedroom with en-suite. Some apartments are upstairs.

Cancellation Protection provides real peace of mind! Unlike most
travel policies Richardsons Cancellation Protection is free of small print
exclusions relating to pre-existing medical conditions. The protection
and exclusions are exactly as you see below. As you’ll see from our
conditions of hire when you book as the person making the booking,
you are responsible for the full hire terms even if you can’t take
your holiday as planned. This is only fair to the owner who, on your
instructions, has reserved the accommodation exclusively for you.
Our Cancellation Protection is the best and the most exclusive on
offer. It will give you security and the peace of mind knowing that if
you do have to cancel your booking or curtail your holiday for any of
the reasons listed, you will not have to pay the balance-of-hire (and
you get your booking deposit back too less the Cancellation Protection
Charge.)
Cancellation Protection
Our Cancellation Protection will provide the following benefits if it is
necessary and unavoidable for you to cancel or curtail your holiday
because any of the Qualifying Reasons have occurred since your
booking was accepted:

• Refund your Initial Payment less the cancellation plan charge and
£16 administration charge.
3. If you curtail your holiday and return home, we will give you a
proportionate refund of the balance-of-hire paid.
In the case of multiple or party bookings where more than one
accommodation unit is booked at the same time, cover is assessed on
each unit individually.

*Your insurance for a 1 week holiday covers you for up to 11 days, 2 weeks gives you up to 17 days cover. Your insurance is not
part of the hire terms. The charge for your Cancellation Protection is included in your initial payment. This must be paid unless

How to claim
• Notify us in writing immediately the circumstances arise and supply
documentary evidence including medical certificates where appropriate,

be final.
Your Personal Holiday Insurance
Holiday Insurance offers you unrivalled low-cost cover for your party
and even gives you breakdown and accident recovery cover for your
car once you have started out on your holiday. Your cover starts as soon
as your booking has been accepted and thereafter no refund of your
premium can be allowed. An accident, theft or car break down can ruin
your enjoyment, unless you are properly insured against theft or your
money or your luggage, illness accidental injuries and your personal
liability. Also included is Travel Sure cover which will get you going
again if you if you can not use your car because of breakdown, accident,
fire or theft.
You and every member of your party is covered by our
special holiday insurance unless you say ‘NO’ on your booking
form indicating that you do not require it.
Your Travel Insurance:
1. Personal Luggage:
Your baggage, including pedal cycles and household items needed on
holiday, is covered if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

• Up to £250 in total for all valuables.

3. Personal Accident

disablement £15,000.
Main exclusion: Taking part in certain hazardous activities including
racing, rock climbing, pot holing, scuba diving, ballooning,
parascending or skiing on snow.
4a. Additional travel and accommodation expenses
We will pay up to £750 in all (not each insured person) for reasonable
additional travel and accommodation expenses for your necessary
return home or if your return home is delayed as the result of serious
injury or illness to a member of your party during the Holiday or for
conveyance home in the event of your death.
4b. Hospital Benefit
We will pay you £20 for each complete day you are hospitalised as an
inpatient during the period of the holiday up to a maximum of £600.
You are not covered for (exclusions apply to 4a and 4b):
1. Any claims arising out of an injury or disablement caused, prolonged
or complicated by a pre-existing physical weakness, defect, injury or
illness.
2. Insanity, the use of any alcohol or drugs (except as
medically prescribed but excluding drug addiction).
5. Personal Liability
This covers your legal liability for accidental injury to any person or
accidental damage to their property.
Level of cover:
• Up to £2,000,000 per person.
Main exclusions: Injury or damage caused by your motor vehicle.
Your Travel Sure Insurance
Your holiday could be ruined if you are not able to use your car, our
special cover enables you to take or continue your holiday even if you
cannot drive your car because of breakdown, accident, fire or theft.
Travel Sure is a valuable addition to your existing motor vehicle
insurance and motoring organisation membership. Travel Sure gives
extra cover above that provided by your motor insurance or motoring
organisation and is not a replacement for your motor policy.
Travel Sure covers all the cars in your party. It does not matter how old
your car is, provided that it is in a good roadworthy condition and is
regularly serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Level of cover:
Insurers will pay a maximum of £2,500 per car for:
Either: up to £300 per car for labour charges (including recovery to the
nearest garage), for emergency repairs so that you can continue your
holiday in your own car.
Or: If your car cannot be repaired within 24 hours:
• The cost of recovering your car to the nearest garage or railway
station.
• The cost of storing your car at a garage.
• Up to £80 per day and £1,000 in all to hire an equivalent car
• Up to £80 per day and £1,000 in all to hire a chauffeur if the sole
available driver cannot drive due to illness or accident.

Standard rail or coach fares to enable each member of your party to
continue the holiday and/or return home.
• Up to £40 per person per day for hotel accommodation needed
because of your breakdown.
• The cost of recovering the car to your home
or
Costs incurred in travelling from your home or holiday location to the
scene of the breakdown to collect your car after repair.
• The cost of essential telephone calls up to a maximum of £5
• Up to £100 to hire an equivalent car if you still cannot use your car
when you have returned home.
Main exclusions:
• Breakdowns caused by lack of fuel, oil, water or frost damage.
• The cost of replacement parts.
This is only a summary of the protection available from The
Richardsons Group. A full statement of cover showing the
conditions and exclusions will be sent to you with your booking
confirmation or on request at any time. For non-UK residents
cover starts on arrival in the UK and ceases when you leave
the UK.

Your booking conditions
FAIR TRADING TERMS
Please read this carefully. When you book your holiday with us you
are entering into a contract which binds you and us in various ways.
You’ll see we have clearly set out the booking conditions with a list of
responsibilities and commitments we and you have towards each other.
1. Terms
All terms are per week (Saturday to Saturday*) or per short break
(start day as specified) for the Accommodation as equipped and
described. The usual time of take-over is 4pm (subject to unavoidable
delays). You must leave your Accommodation by the time stated on your
hire invoice (usually 10am). You are obliged to leave everything in a
clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage done or
loss sustained during your stay. Prices include VAT at 17.5% (where
applicable), and insurance premiums include Insurance Premium
Tax and are subject to change if the rate or application of VAT or IPT
changes. In the event of a change in the rate of VAT and/or IPT during
the course of the year your holiday will be invoiced at the new amount
of VAT or IPT, unless you have already taken your holiday or paid the
balance in full, prior to the date of change. All Insurance Premiums
are charged by Insurance Risk & Claims Management LTD P.O Box 166
Chertsey Surrey KT16 8WB and are merely collected by Richardson’s
for your convenience for their account. Our Hire Invoice and Booking
Acceptance is not a VAT invoice. *For holidays of 7 days or more starting
Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, the previous Saturday charges apply; for
Wednesday, Thursday or Friday starts the following Saturday charges
apply. For 3 or 4 night Breaks that cover two price periods, the week in
which the greater number of nights are taken applies. Where an equal
number of nights are taken in two different price periods, the average
of the two weekly prices apply.
We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices. We will advise
you of any error at the time of booking.
We also reserve the right to correct errors in confirmed prices. In this
case we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error. If
the correct price is higher and you do not wish to pay this, you will
be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund of all monies you have
paid to us providing you notify us within fourteen days of our advising
you of the error. We promise we will not seek to correct any error in a
confirmed price within eight weeks of the start of your holiday or more
than seven days after you make your booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
The submission of the completed booking form (or telephone
agreement) shall constitute an offer by the Client and a Contract shall
come into existence if and when we issue a hire invoice and booking
confirmation. The contract shall be deemed to have been made at our
located booking offices and be subject to English Law and the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts. In all cases these Conditions of Hire
form the basis of your contract with us.
Changes by You: Once a booking has been confirmed by us to you,
should you require us to amend it or to re-invoice you for any reason
(including for example accidental loss of the original invoice) then a
fee of £16.00 will be charged. Up to 8-weeks before the holiday start
date you may change your accommodation to another one, subject
to availability and payment of the above fee and charges. You may
transfer your booking to someone else/another party (introduced by
you) at any time providing you pay the administration fee of £16.00.
3. Number in your party
It is a condition of your booking that the total number in your party
shall not exceed the capacity of the accommodation as advertised in this
brochure. Babies under 2 are not normally counted as a member of
your party. Please see your park’s details.
4. Booking Monies
When you book you must pay the applicable Initial Payment shown
in this brochure. This Initial Payment includes your premium for
Cancellation Protection and Personal Holiday Insurance together with
your Booking Deposit as part payment towards the cost of your holiday.
If you do not wish to take out our Personal Holiday Insurance you must
indicate this on your booking form. For bookings from overseas we
require 50 per cent of the hire charge as Initial Payment. Your Balanceof-Hire-Money is due and payable by the date printed on your Hire
Invoice (8-weeks before your holiday start date). For bookings made
within 8-weeks of your holiday start date you pay the full monies when
you make your booking. We reserve the right to pass on to you any
bank charges and other costs we incur if payment is made in a foreign
currency, or by any other method not normally accepted by us or if we
have to represent a cheque or process late payments.
5. Cancellation by You
Telephone us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. Then on
the same day send us by first class mail your hire invoice or take this
action through your travel agent. Your cancellation is effective from
the date we receive your written notification. Your cancellation will be
acknowledged by us in writing. We will then endeavour to re-let for

you. If we are successful in re-letting all of your holiday you will only
forfeit your booking deposit. If we are only successful in re-letting part
of your holiday or only manage to re-let the whole of your holiday
at a lower price than that originally paid by you and the value of the
re-let is less than your outstanding balance of hire you will also be
held responsible for the difference. If we cannot re-let, then you will
be held responsible for the prompt payment of the full cost of the
holiday. All or part of your liabilities as stated above may be covered
if you have subscribed to the Cancellation Protection and your reason
for cancellation is one of those covered. Full details of The Richardsons
Group Protection Plan is shown overleaf. For early bookings we
GUARANTEE you an unconditional refund of the money you
have paid if, before 19 January 2008, you have to cancel any
holiday booked to be taken from 1 April 2008 onwards.
6. Minors
We cannot accept bookings from anyone under 18-years of age.
7. Availability
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that your confirmed
accommodation will be available for your use on the agreed date.
Very occasionally, “force majeure” does not make this possible. Where
“force majeure” (as defined in clause 9) arises, we have the right to
cancel your booking. In this event, we will endeavour to offer you
an alternative accommodation, if available. If we cannot do so or if
you do not wish to accept the alternative we offer, we will refund all
monies you have paid to us in full. Where any cancellation or change
results from “force majeure” as defined in clause 9, our liabilities
are limited to offering you an alternative accommodation (where
available) or full refund as set out above. We regret we cannot pay
any compensation or meet any expenses or costs you may incur as a
result of any such cancellation or change. We the owner reserve the
right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities or the whole or any
part of any programme of activities which have either been advertised
or previously available without prior notice. Opening times may be
limited outside the main holiday season. We the owner have the
right to refuse to hand over accommodation to any person(s) who,
in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge of it. In such cases, all
hire charges paid will be refunded in full and the Contract shall be
discharged. If in our opinion any person(s) is not suitable to continue
the holiday because of unreasonable behavior, damage to property or
annoyance to other holiday makers the Contract may be discharged.
In this event the hirer shall remain liable to pay the hire price and
no refund shall be due. The hirer shall also be liable for any damage
caused in the accommodation. We the owner have the right to enter any
accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible)
if special circumstances or emergencies arise.
Group/Party Bookings. The organiser or leader of a group or party
booking is responsible for completing the party details on the booking
form. Should you arrive at your holiday park with such a group
without notifying us of the required details, we the owner have the
right to refuse to hand over the accommodation to you. You may be
asked to pay a Security Deposit at time of takeover. To ensure the
accommodation and location booked is suitable for visitors with a
disability, it is essential that all booking applications from parties
including people with special needs, include written details of those
needs. We also need confirmation as to whether or not the disabled
visitor will be accompanied on their holiday by an individual able to
attend to their mobility requirements.
8. Force Majeure
We regret we cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation
where the performance or prompt performance of our contract with you
is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to
“force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include
any event which we the owner could not, even with all due care, foresee
or avoid.
Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your
accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a
satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire,
flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal
damage or any similar event. Such circumstances also include riots or
civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse
weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist
activity and all similar situations beyond our control.
9. Your Vehicles
Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your
risk. We the owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage from
or to any vehicle from any cause whatsoever other than in the case of
the negligence of ourselves or our employees or agents.
10. Liability
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to your
accommodation or holiday centre equipment.
11. Any Shortcomings
You must notify any shortcomings with your accommodation to the Park
representative immediately so that remedial action, if appropriate, can
be taken. We the owner cannot accept any liability in relation to any
shortcomings or claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify the Park’s
representative(s) of any complaint or claim during your holiday and
write to us within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
12. Inclusive Transport
When you make a booking, which is inclusive of transport, we act as
agent for the relevant transport provider which will be disclosed on your
documentation. We reserve the right to substitute the transport provider
if necessary. When we have confirmed your booking, a contract exists
under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all the services
described in our invoice.
13. Holiday Village Clubs (where applicable)
Temporary membership is essential to enable guests to use the
licensed facilities. If any guest is under 18 years of age, he or she
will not be permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages. Completion of
the reservation form constitutes the application for membership. All
guests undertake to conform to the Club rules. The full enjoyment of
the recreational facilities - swimming pool, ballroom, tennis and sports
facilities - is made available by membership of the relevant Holiday
Village Club.
14. Pets
Dogs, cats or other pets cannot be accepted. (With the exception of
Guide Dogs) at Mundesley, South Downs or Seacroft. At Hemsby Beach
and Summerfields pets can be taken in selected chalets at the price of
£30 per pet. Please contact Village for details. You must tell us that you
are bringing your pet when you make a booking. You must bring your
pet basket with you as pets are allowed on the clear understanding that
in no circumstances may they lie on the bedding or chairs. Pets must not
be left unattended in accommodation or elsewhere. If extra cleaning of
your accommodation is required after your holiday because of your pet
a charge may be made.
Animals other than dogs can only be accepted with specific
permission from the Holiday Park.
At holiday parks pets are not allowed in the central complex areas,
clubs, shops, bars or swimming pool areas. When you exercise your pet
it must be on a lead and in the charge of an adult.
In the interest of visitors’ safety, and following government legislation,
we are sorry we are unable to accept the following types of dog:
American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Dogo
Argentino even where these types of dogs are muzzled as required by
government legislation.
15. Assistance dogs
Registered assistance dogs will be accepted free of charge at
all locations in this brochure, subject to availability of suitable
accommodation.
16. Personal Holiday Insurance
You are strongly recommended to take out Personal Holiday Insurance
for your holiday. Full details of the cover provided will be sent with your
booking acknowledgment.
17. Data protection policy
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel
arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we and your
travel agents need to use the information you provide such as name,
address, any special needs etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures
are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information
on to the relevant suppliers of your accommodation and travel
arrangements. The information may also be provided to security
or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/
immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
We will not however, pass any information onto any person not
responsible for part of your accommodation and travel arrangements.
This applies to any sensitive information that you give us such as details
of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot
pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we cannot provide your
booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being
passed on to the relevant person).
