Men’s Group
Paul, Freddy, Cecil, Lucas, Moses and Alex are complete
strangers when they join a men’s group. They have very
little in common and would never normally have cause to
speak, let alone share their innermost fears and desires.
They soon discover that they do have something in common:
being male. As trust grows between them they gradually
begin to share as they learn to listen to each other. It takes
tragedy for the men to finally understand that they must take
responsibility for their own lives and those of their loved ones.

Streetsweeper
A man walks out of the sea at dawn. He works his way
across a small industrial harbour city, pushing and pulling
his beloved buggy and broom, zigzagging from one zebra
crossing to another. Inspired by the ephemeral things he
finds on ordinary streets – lost love letters and modest
moments – and liable to spontaneous poetry, this princely
pedestrian rambles on. Unnoticed by most passers-by, he
strolls through the sleepy CBD, wanders between ordinary
suburban bungalows, dances in the cemetery, and takes the
highway through the swamp out of town … until, three days
later, at sunset, his odyssey ends by a river.
