The Venue Accomodation We would like to invite you to Gdynia, the town which is sometimes called the sea capital of Poland. Gdynia is one of the youngest Polish cities. Its port is the gateway to Poland and a landmark of Gdynia. The port of Gdynia ranks among the best in the Baltic region, as it is not only a cargohandling facility but also an international business centre. Just strolling along the sea one can admire one of the largest sailing ships Dar Pomorza, built in 1930, which was recognised as the Most Beautiful White Frigate! The retired "Dar Pomorza" was used as a place of Closing Ceremony during the MIXDES 2006. For those who are not interested in ships there are wonderful opportinities to watch wildlife in the Sea Aquarium or in wildlife reserve Redłowska Kępa - the steep and high coast cut by ravines. In the reserve, high above the sea there is a beautiful mixed forest where one can find unique trees from Scandinavian woods whose seeds travelled across the Baltic Sea from Sweden. The conference will be held in Orbis Hotel Gdynia. The accommodation will be offered for the Conference participants at conference site. th Although Gdynia was buit in the 20 century, it possesses a few historical monuments including the Church of Saint Michael Archangel in Oksywie built in 1224 by the Norbertine nuns. Today Gdynia has more than 250 000 inhabitants and is an important centre of naval economy, international trade, science and academic education, culture, tourism. http://www.gdynia.pl CALL FOR PAPERS Deadlines Intended authors should note the following deadlines: Receipt of papers February 28th, 2013 Notification of acceptance of papers April 15th, 2013 Final paper versions and 1-page abstracts May 6th, 2013 Price Information Standard registration fee IEEE Members registration fee Student registration fee Late registration fee (paid after May 13st, 2013) Accompanying person social events fee 350 Euro 300 Euro 250 Euro 450 Euro 150 Euro Conference fee includes: participation in all sessions, MIXDES 2013 Proceedings CD and other conference materials, coffee and tea during the breaks, all lunches, the Welcome Party and Conference Banquet, tourist activities (student fee does not include welcome party and closing ceremony).
