Following the concept of the building
as a metaphor, the ensemble explores
the kaleidoscopic shapes and colours of
snow crystals, morphing into a bright
and translucent volume emphasized by
the skylight over the mall. Strategically
enclosed between the railway station, the
bus terminal, main-street and the ring road
exit, this shopping centre is expected to
function as an anchor to boost downtown
retail of this mid-size city.
