Our wild salmon is naturally high in Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, vitamins
and minerals, which all contribute to a healthy and balanced diet. Our BC
spot prawns are an excellent source of protein, and our razor clams are
packed full of iron and vitamin C.
GENERATIONS OF EXPERIENCE
We don't take the term "sustainability" lightly, we build it into everything
we do. The islands of Haida Gwaii, British Columbia have been home to
the Haida people for centuries. The fishing industry here is not just for
commercial gain, it’s a cultural way of life. We’re proud to use
ocean-friendly fishing methods, like hook and line, hand-harvesting and
trapping to not only produce the highest quality seafood, but to ensure
that our local fish stocks remain sustainable and thriving for centuries to
come. We strongly believe in the Haida principle of “Yahguudang”,
which is the concept of constantly acting with respect for land, sea, air
and all living things.

Some of the world’s best seafood originates in the icy coastal waters
of British Columbia. At Haida Wild, we supply a large variety of fresh,
premium wild seafood including Chinook/king and coho salmon,
halibut, Pacific cod, sablefish, BC spot prawns and razor clams. These
species are sought after for their superior flavour and texture, and
Haida Wild has developed a strong reputation for providing only the
best of the best.
THE PEAK OF FRESHNESS
Our seafood is purchased from an exclusive group of carefully selected
local fishermen, and our prime location near the fishing grounds
allows us to acquire our seafood directly off the boat. Our fresh fish are
processed within hours of catch, and our frozen products are blast frozen
immediately. This locks in colour, texture and flavour and ensures
optimum freshness.
