Elit Yarn Textile Industry And Commerce Inc. was founded in
2007 by Necdet Kahraman. The plant was established in Sep­
tember 2008 with 26 112 spindles and capacity increased to
32 640 spindles in October 2009.
The Company meets the demands of customers at home and
abroad by supplying knitting and weaving yarns. Only com­
pact yarns are produced in the plant using Rieter K 45 Comfor­
Spin machines with 1 632 spindles at a production capacity of
15 tons/day. This production facility is fully equipped with
Rieter machines from the blowroom to the compact spinning
machines.

maintaining discipline in operating processes, improving qua­
lity by applying the latest technology and lowering production

Rieter fiber preparation guarantees gentle opening, cleaning and
blending of the fibers. Good setting adjustability and high clean­
ing efficiency are the best prerequisites for high yarn quality.
Optimum raw material utilization is achieved by ideally coordi­
nated individual components in the blowroom line. The material
is delivered to subsequent processes in the correct quantities
and the required quality. The impressive features of Rieter cards
include a working width of 1 500 mm, an integrated grinding
system for the card clothing as well as a modular design.
Integrated installations from Rieter offer more than just spin­
ning machinery covering the entire process range from fiber
to yarn. Perfect coordination of the machines throughout the
process chain ensures economical manufacturing of the re­
quired yarn quality. In addition to its machine expertise and

Rieter creates new momentum for ring spinning technology on
the world market through continuous innovation. Very long ma­
chines combined with efficient 4-spindle drive ensure very low
energy consumption. Rieter compact spinning machines pro­
duce yarns displaying not only low hairiness in direct compari­
son, but also improved yarn regularity and tenacity values. Ri­
eter’s patented clamping device is the convincing, mill-proven
solution for smooth doffing with minimal fiber fly and no under­
winding.
COM4® – COMPACTED RING-SPUN YARN
The unique character of Com4® compact yarns is based on
their perfect structure. In contrast to conventional ring-spun
yarns, all the fibers lie parallel and are completely integrated
in the yarn bundle. This leads to reduced hairiness and higher
tenacity and elongation properties of the yarn. This results in
enhanced efficiency in the preparatory stages of downstream
processing and in fabric manufacture as well as providing the
basis for new, high-quality applications.

Production quality sytems combined with competent
textile kowledge
1. Raw material quality is achieved with the purpose of
maintaining the product quality at the highest level. For this
target, high stockpile and bale management systems are used.
. Elit İplik targets constant quality when working with large bale
lots. Controls are made using Afis, HVI, Uster Tester 5, Bale
Management and the Sliver Professional System.
. In order to detect colored and white synthetic foreign matters
in raw material:
­ Blowroom, after the B 60 UNIflex fine opener, a Loptex
colored and white synthetic foreign matter detecting
machine is installed.
­ Uster Quantum 2 colored and white synthetic fiber detection
system is installed on the winding machines. Quantum 2 also
detects thin & thick places, neps and periodic faults.
4. Yarn quality is inspected online by the Uster Winding Expert
System.
5. Fault monitoring in the ring spinning machines is carried out
for each spindle by the monitoring system installed in the
winding machines.
. By considering customer satisfaction, a quick response and
after-sales service, high quality production principles are
adopted.
