BID & RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE
FROM HOME!
If you cannot attend, you can still support this exciting event!!! If every family bought $20 in raffle, cash draw down or Cubs raffle tickets, the PTO would make over $7,000! The KBC‐PTO will accept absentee bids, raffle ticket and cash draw down ticket purchases now through Friday, March 15th. Secret and Silent Auction Bid Preview and Absentee Bids For those placing bids from home (prior to the night of the event), the secret bids and silent auction bids work the same. You should write one bid amount (your maximum bid) for each item you want to win. Consider submitting an odd amount to avoid ties. For example, if you want to bid $50, you could bid $51.26. For all multi‐child Secret Bid items, there will be only 1 winning bid per item. Teaming up with others to increase your maximum bid is allowed. However, only 1 person should submit the bid form with the group's max. bid. All bids must be honored. Payment will be accepted by Mastercard, Visa, Check or Cash and must be paid in full prior to obtaining the goods. DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT for any secret or silent auction bid(s) at this time ‐ payment is only due if notified you won the item(s).
