ABOUT US...
IMACK Coffee is a family owned and operated wholesale coffee roaster
specializing in helping your specialty coffee business grow. Our name is derived
from names of each member of our family: Isaiah, Matthew, Ana and Carl Kosinski.
It’s a fact that IMACK will only grow as our customers grow. This is our mindset
and we base our company on the success of our customers. IMACK offers
exceptional customer service as well as an extensive list of the finest products and
excellent competitive pricing. IMACK is a one stop shop for all your Specialty
Coffee Business!
COMMITMENT TO QUALITY...
All IMACK’s coffees are roasted to each customers’ order while
maintaining the tradition of small batch roasting. We roast all coffee to the level at
which we believe brings out the bean’s unique characteristics and true flavor. Since
we roast to order we are always willing to roast to our customer’s specific taste
and requirements. IMACK invites you to sample some of the finest specialty coffee
available.
SUBSTAINABILITY...
Many companies are trying to reduce their carbon footprint. At IMACK,
we feel we have done a great job! We have reduced out waste to a couple of
biodegradable bags per month. Those bags are mainly floor sweepings consiting of
sand and dust. These are the simple steps we follow:
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING: Our 5 lb coffee bags are biodegradable
PAPER: Reused and recycled. Cloth towels are usd in place of paper and
are taken home for washing
INK & TONER: Recycled
BOXES: Reused until no longer good then recycled
PALLETS: Reused and given to individuals supporting their families by
repairing them and selling to companies that will reuse them creating a cycle that saves trees
SHRINK WRAP: The plastic film that all pallets are wrapped - recycled
COFFEE GRINDS: Composted
CHAFF: The skin from green coffee beans left behind during the roasting
process. The secret to great tomatoes - composted.
POLLUTION PREVENTION: We believe in using a thermal oxidizer
afterburner. This unit takes the harmful smoke from the roaster and
makes it clean.
GIVING BACK...
Like any small business, we have gone through our ups and downs (and still
do). We started this venture when our 1st son, Isaiah, was born. Looking back, not such
a good idea. We have no family in Colorado; it was only me and Ana. We started out of
our garage while working full time. With the help of our customers, the business took
off. We out grew the garage, our 1st warehouse and, with the help of our loyal customers, we purchased our current facility. This being said, we feel we have a responsibility to
our community. IMACK donates to several shelters and food banks. We participate in
fundraisers, as well as school and church organizations.

ISAIAH’S (HOUSE) BLEND - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
If you do for one, you have to do for the other. A real crowd pleaser!
Medium to dark roasted. Smooth and clean, yet a full-bodied rich flavor.
MIDNIGHT SUN - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
The combination of dark roasted South American and light roasted
Indonesian, creates a blend that is visually appealing as it is delicious.
Full body and sweetness are complemented with hints of smokiness.
MOCHA JAVA - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
This traditional blend combines the smooth body of Indonesian coffee
with the wild fruit notes of coffee from the Red Sea region.
FRENCH ROAST - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
This very dark roast is made from a blend of premium Arabica beans.
This coffee is rich and hearty with an intense smooth flavor.
ITALIAN ROAST
Our darkest roast! This classic Italian Roast is strong, rich and earthy.
This blend combines the finest South American and Indonesian coffees.
SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA
BRAZIL
Brazils are sweet, mild coffees with a nutty chocolate flavor. Low in acid
and with a medium body, best as a light roast. 5
COLOMBIAN SUPREMO - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Colombian Coffees are known for their great aroma and richness of body.
They produce a cup with an excellent winey flavor, fairly heavy body,
pleasant aroma and smooth finish. Lighter roasts create greater acidity
while a darker roast has more body and richness.
COSTA RICA - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Costa Ricans are light in body with bright acidity. This coffee is grown at
high altitudes and requires at least a medium roast and is a great coffee
for a French Roast. GUATEMALA - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Guatemalans are famous for their acidity and slightly smoky overtones.
It is rich in body, with spice and chocolate flavors and a clean finish.
Guatemalans are also grown at high altitudes and are a great candidate for dark roast.
MEXICO - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Mild and sweet! This is a smooth light coffee. Great for those who prefer
mild flavors. This coffee is best as a medium roast.
NICARAGUA
When cupped, this coffee is rich, deep and tobacco like. Crisp with
hints of cognac.
PANAMA
Deep Flavor with a sweet floral finish, light to medium roast is ideal.
PERU Available Organic & Fair Trade
Peru is mild and well blanced. Light in body. This coffee will surprise you.
AFRICAN COFFEE
ETHIOPIA HARRAR
Bright with chocolate overtones, subtle blueberry and earthy flavors.
Harrars have medium acidity, heavy body and exotic aroma
KENYA AA
The most recognized coffee from Africa. This coffee is known for its high
acidity and medium body similar to that of some wines. It has a light
floral tone, vibrant and is full-bodied
TANZANIA PEABERRY
This is truly a unique origin with its nutty and aromatic tones. It has a
mild body and smooth taste.
SIDAMO This is truly a unique origin with its nutty and aromatic tones. It has a
mild body and smooth taste.
YIRGACHEFFE - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Lemon and herbal notes in the cup, it is rich flavorful and delicate. Light, medium or dark, it is one of our favorites. This coffee is also from Oromia
Coffee Farmers Union.
INDONESIAN COFFEES
INDIA MOONSOONED MALABAR
This coffee is placed in huts and left to endure the monsoons in order to
reenact a cargo shipment that was soaked by hundreds of inches of rain
from India to Europe during the monsoon season. The result is a coffee that is greatly altered by the rains. Most of the acid is washed away but the
earthy flavors that remain are accentuated by musty tones and smooth body.

PAPAU NEW GUINEA - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
An excellent Indonesian coffee, grown in the highlands, it receives ample
sunshine and rainfall to produce a smooth coffee of medium acidity and
body with great flavor.
SULAWESI Sulawesi’s have a syrupy body, aromas of spice and a smooth, sweet
chocolate finish.
SUMATRA MANDHELING - Available Conventional, Organic & Fair Trade
Surprisingly smooth and mild with very low acidity. Great as a dark
roast. Perfect for those looking for a heavy brew, deep, earthy and hearty.
DECAFFEINATED COFFEES
IMACK uses both the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Company and the Mountain
Water process for decafs. The methods are similar in which pure water is used to
gently remove the caffeine from the green coffee beans. No chemicals are used
with these methods.
SWISS WATER DECAF ESPRESSO

It is an old stand by. This coffee produces a rich cup, with a tangy acidity

BUBBLETEA AND BOBA
Bubble tea, is a sweetly flavored tea beverage invented in
Taiwan. Drink recipes may vary, but most bubble teas contain
a tea base mixed with fruit (or fruit syrup) and/or milk. Ice
blended versions of the drink are usually in fruit flavors.
Bubble teas usually contain small tapioca balls or pearls
called “boba”. When cooked perfectly, Boba becomes a sweet
chewy ball with a gummy-bear like texture about 1/4 of an
inch in diameter. These teas are shaken to mix the ingredients,
creating foam on the top of some varieties,
hence the name.
Boba can be added to any drink: milk tea, icy, smoothies, juice and coffee. When
