KICKOFF THE SEASON EVENT In-Store Rebate | August 13 - October 2, 2016 Customer Eligibility: All Heatilator, Heat & Glo, Quadra-Fire, Harman, Heatilator Eco-Choice, Vermont Castings and Majestic direct and indirect dealers in the US and Canada. In order to drive leads to you and help close sales, this rebate differs from the online coupon because it is available both online and in-store. Consumers can request a rebate code on the consumer website or you can generate a rebate code in-store on myhht.com for the consumer at the time of purchase. The rebate offer and in-store promo kit are available to all dealers regardless of opt-in; however, if you choose to participate with us with the additional opt-in commitment you will also receive double myhht Reward points on eligible brands and products sold during the promotion. Opt-In Details: Opt-in on myhht.com by July 15, 2016. Opt-In Commitment: • Advertise promotion via newspaper, radio, TV or direct mail campaign • Place promotion web banner on your company website during promotion period Please review these Promotion Rules & Guidelines with your sales staff: • Consumer sales only. No builder or contractor sales • Products previously credited do not qualify (burn displays, previous promotions, etc.) • Rebate code can be generated by consumer on website or by staff in store on myhht.com • Rebate code valid for 30 days • Rebate cannot be combined with online coupon • Required information for reimbursement on myhht.com: - Valid consumer name, address, date or purchase, invoice date and installation date - Product model and serial number - Valid rebate code • Claims must be submitted on myhht.com within 45 days of consumer purchase (invoice) date • Last date for HHT to receive claims is December 31, 2016 • HHT share of Direct Dealer or Wholesaler cost will be credited to your account • Rebate cost shared 50/50 between HHT and Direct Dealer and Wholesaler Save up to $500 when you buy a qualifying fireplace, stove or insert.
