COMPANY GROUP PRESENTATION
Our organization is a limited liability company with private Romanian capital and
only one associate, Mr. Razvan Constatin Nitu.
Been in business SINCE 1996 main objective of activity is the marketing of products,
accessories and equipments – wiring for automation, interior and exterior lighting.
Starting with January 1999, our activity has extended with designing and
execution in the wiring field of low and medium voltage. Thus, from S.C. Piese Schimb
şi Materiale S.R.L. two new subsidiaries emerged, one specialized in low voltage
works, S.C. PSM Instal S.R.L. and the other specialized in medium voltage works,
supplying transformers and branch pipes, S.C. PSM Energo Construcţii S.R.L.. That
has become a group of companies specialized exclusively in the electrical field and
automation.
Beginning with 2003 our companies comply with the MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF
QUALITY ISO 9001:2008, being certificated by AEROQ with the documents
No.585/18.06.2003 and No.1107/10.10.2005.
