Saturday May 24th Tack Sale starts at 9 a.m. followed immediately by the Sale Horses. A selection of draft horse and equine industry related vendors will be available on site. Terms and conditions of sale: • GUARANTEES on horses are strictly between buyer and seller. • If your horse is not sold you must have a release form from the main office before taking the horse from the barn. NO HORSE will be released from the barn without a release form. • Each horse selling must be left with a halter on for the new owner, if not a new one will be issued to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Please remember to take your own lead rope back as a new one is provided to the buyer. • It is the consignor’s responsibility to have the horse up to the ring in sale order. The consignor is responsible to take their own horse through the sale ring. Horses sell in hip tag order unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for your horse while on sale property. • All horses must go through the sale ring. ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVATE SALES! Any horse on premises during sale days will be charged an entry fee. • Right to refuse: The sale committee reserves the right to reject any horse brought to the sale for reason such as, but not limited to incomplete documentation, unsoundness, not properly turned out or poor quality. • Terms: Cash or Good cheque. All cheques payable to the New Brunswick Draft Horse Association. Visa or MasterCard also available with an increased 3% charge for use. (there will be an additional $50.00 charge for any NSF cheque) • All horses and any additional changes/information or Reserves must arrive at the office no later than 9:00 A.M on sale day.
