52,000 mile 1995 Mustang Cobra with Rio Red exterior and Black Leather interior.
Purchased bone stock by the current owner in December of 2000 with 40,000 miles.
Affectionately known as Big Red, this is a multiple award winning car that has been
featured in 5.0 Magazine, on many Mustang web sites and is well known throughout
Mustang community in the Northeast.
This car is a super sleeper, maintaining its stock 95 Cobra exterior / interior
appearances along with all of the comfort and convenience amenities such as leather
interior, power brakes, steering, windows, locks, and fully functional air conditioning
while an 800 rear wheel horsepower Renegade style drive train lurks under the hood.
The non-intercooled Renegade style engine makes 800 rear wheel horsepower at 18lbs
of boost on 100 unleaded (or 93+Torco) with a VERY conservative, street friendly tune
up. The current engine combination is capable of supporting over 1000 rear wheel
horsepower as is, while the lower end will handle over 1500 horsepower. This is a
violently fast car and is not for inexperienced drivers or the faint of heart.
Between December 2008 and April 2010 the car was disassembled and completely
updated, receiving a new drive train and new Rio Red exterior paint. Since completion
the car has been driven only 1,600 miles with 1 Dyno session in May of 2010 and no
track time.
This car was originally built and recently updated with the best equipment and
components money can buy. Over $30,000 was spent on the recent updates alone.
During my ownership the car has always been kept in a climate controlled garage and
not driven in the winter months or in inclement weather.
