Iron Duke Brewing is hosting a yoga class instructed
by Caitlin Lavin from Antilogy Yoga on tap as a
fundraiser for the Cory J Garwacki Foundation. This
event is closed for 20 people only (no tickets sold
at the door!) The brewery and instructor are
graciously donating their space and time to make
this event happen. Please join us for a wonderful
morning! Your ticket includes a 45 minute yoga
class and first beer after!

July 17th at 11AM (please arrive 10 minutes
early with a yoga mat and signed waiver).

Ludlow Mills at 100 State St in Ludlow, MA

Unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this
Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in
any other jurisdiction. All matters arising out of or relating to this
Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice
of law or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction). Any claim or cause of action
arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the federal and state
court located in Hampden County, Massachusetts and I hereby consent to
the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
BY SIGNING THE LIABILITY RELEASE FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT
I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE
RIGHT TO SUE THE Antilogy Yoga, EFFECTIVE AS OF THE DATE THIS WAIVER
WAS SIGNED.
