Based on its flashbased structure, there is no risk of hard-disk failure in case of power interruptions. USB-interface serves as a media for connection to an external Flash Memory Bar to back up the bending programs recorded in *BIR files for further processing of the B-code2 on an external PC (e.g. Excel). Modem access (Tele-Service/Remote Diagnostics) allows us to give better and faster technical support on the telephone line if required. Integration with your supervisory control system on the industrial networks can be maintained optionally. Besides hi-tech infrastructure, the interface system is properly designed for easy usage requiring no operator experience. In the PROG mode, the operator just enters the shape to bend, the measures of that shape and the material data on the touch panel. The calculations including spring-back are made by the control system. In AUTO mode, bending process is executed step-by-step yielding satisfactory compatibility to the desired shape (accurate positioning). Simulations is available before auto-mode operation. CNC Automation System has been adapted on hydraulic all section and plate bending machinery including PBH and HSM series. MANUAL and SEMI-AUTOMATIC mode, where repetitive play-back is preformed, are also available for conical bending. The programs which are recorded in CNC TEACH-IN (semi-automatic) mode can be saved. Jorgenson Machine Tools ***All Specifications Subject to Verification*** NC AUTOMATION SYSTEM NC Teach-in System Once the bending operations are preformed step-by-step in RECORD mode, the same operations can be repeated by an-evenuntrained operator in AUTO mode-using just two buttons-in case analogous material is fed. All transducer values, alarm conditions and the remedies/solutions, and program-step numbers are displayed. Program numbers, limit values and target copy numbers are entered on a touch screen. Three different colored pages and piece counter for the program numbers serve for easy usage as well. Statistics of copied samples and alarms/warnings are logged. Modem access connected to the touch panel allows us to give better and faster technical support for remote diagnostics (teleservice) if required. NC Automation System has been adapted on all section and plate bending machinery including PBH, HSM and MSMS series. Parallelism is also adjusted by the PPLC in section bending machinery. NC System has the capacity of recording 50 programs each having up to 100 steps. Panasonic PLC’s and touch panels are widely utilized in our NC Teach-in systems. Heavier material can also be rolled to a larger diameter. Capacity Chart On Page 19 Pre-bending, conical bending and ellipse bending can be made easily on Hydraulic 4 Roll Bending Machine. Hydraulic 4 Roll Bending Machines have all advantages of the asymmetrical and pyramidal bending machines. It is possible to make double pre bend on both ends in one pass. This machine has 2 hydraulic powered rolls which hydraulic motor and planet gears are mounted on. All four rolls have been STRONG ON SERVICE mounted on the bearings. Hydraulic and electrical systems have been safeguarded from over loads and require minimum maintenance. Hydraulic and electrical components are modular and according to world standards. All models have been manufactured according to CE norms. This machine is suitable for pre-bending and conical bending. It is possible to make double pre-bends on both ends of the plate without taking it out. This machine has 3 hydraulic powered rolls which hydraulic motor and planet gears are mounted on. All three rolls have been mounted on the bearings. Hydraulic drop end feature exists on this machine.
