on product design and development preparation, being equipped with advanced Auto-CAD system and powerful Pro/E software can perform three-dimension
physical modal, dynamic emulation and finite element analysis. Hence, it can design high quality products and process efficiently to meet the requirement of market
and production.
The company has perfect quality management system with ISO 9001 certificate and API certificate for BOP, pumping unit, tool joint, tubing, wellhead, kill & choke
manifold, and mud pump. We already set up HSE system and get ISO 14001-environment system certificate.

Scope of products
Electric
Pertecf model: It can meet the requirement of drilling, under-balance drilling, workover,
non-kill opertion etc.
Complete size: Bore is 4 1/16″to 29 1/2″, pressure is 500psi to 15000psi.
Various function: It matched with shear ram, variable ram, eccentric ram etc. they can be
used in specilized condition. Series shear ram can shear 5″S-135 drilling pipe, realize the full
sealing and ensure safety.
The anti-H2S performance meet the NACE MR-01-75 standard, suitable for developing the
deep well, high pressure well, high H2S well.

ANNULAR BOP
There are two structure model of annular BOP, model A: tappered rubber; model D: spherical rubber.
Upper housing and the body have two connection forms as connection by bolts and connection by claw chuck.
Annular BOP with spherical rubber is composed of five parts as upper housing, body, piston, spherical rubber
and anti-dust ring.
Annular BOP with tapered rubber is composed of seven parts as upper housing, wear plate, body, piston,
tapered rubber, anti-dust ring and supporting cylinder.
The dynamic seal of annular BOP adopts the sealing ring of lip structure, which reduces the wearing of sealing
ring to the maximum, and the sealing is reliable; the rubber is not easy to fold back, and there is the effect of
funnel; and the well pressure has the function of assisting sealing, etc.

RAM BOP
According to the number of ram installed in each set, ram BOP can be divided into: Single ram,
double ram and three ram BOP, which are respectively installed with one ram, two rams or three
rams.
According to the ram opening and closing method, ram BOP can be divided into BOP by hydraulic
control and BOP by manual control.
According to the ram locking method, ram BOP can be divided into manual locking and hydraulic
locking.
According to the different opening and closing method of bonnet, ram BOP can be divided into two
forms: Rotating bonnet ram BOP and linear bonnet ram BOP. For the rotating bonnet ram BOP, when
opening or closing bonnet, the bonnet rotates on the hinge sear fastened on the body, the ram cavity
shape of such BOP is rectangle.
For the linear bonnet ram BOP, when opening or closing bonnet, the bonnet makes linear motion
along the two bonnet opening and closing plunger rods fastened on the body, the ram cavity shape of
such BOP is elliptic.

Ram BOP
It is mainly used for the operation of slim-hole drilling, slot sidetrack drilling, oil well and water
well overhaul, repair, formation testing etc. It adopts elliptic ram, so the forc bearing is reasonable,

Mill bearing capacity BOP stack
Features
The pressure grade is lower (14MPa), but the bore is bigger (φ325mm). The mill pipe is mounted on the sealing ram
of bearing capacity BOP, the weight can reach to 80 tons. The BOP can close its dealing ram at anytime. At the
same time, there is a spool which is connected to 13 3/8″surface csing, the small flanges on two sides and collar
clamp are used for kill manifold, injecting cement and relief. The total height is 1000mm, it is convinient for
mounting. We adopt new model structure for convinient exchanging the rams, and the oil line will not have leakage.
It not only bears weight and seals mill pipe, but also seals drilling pipe.

RAM ASSEMBLY
FFZ75-3.5 DIVERTER
It is mainly used for well control when surfce layer drilling is operating. It is used together with
hydraulic control system, spool, valve etc., so as to transport the low pressure fluid (liquid, gas) in
well to the apointed safe place in a regular way, ensure the safety for operators and equipments. It
can seal all shapes and sizes of kelly, drilling pipe, drilling pipe sub, drilling collar, casing etc., at
the same time, it can divert and relief the fluid in well.
We have developped all models and sizes rams, including integal pipe ram, two-piece pipe ram, elliptic ram,
blind shear ram, variable ram, weight-bearing ram, H2S-resistant ram etc.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF RS-3NB1600/1300
Frame It is in structure of steel plate welding, the bearing block of transmission shaft and upper and bottom bases of
crank shaft are cast steel, the bearing block of crank adopts the structure of width plate and stiffened plate
reinforcement, and the rigidity is good and strength is high.
Crank shaft Casted by alloy steel.
Wheel set of transmission gear It is in involute herringbone gear, adopts medium hard tooth flank, and the drive
torque is high and the operation is smooth.
Pinion It is the forged by alloy steel, and either of two ends of transmission shaft can be installed with pulley.
Crosshead It adopts ductile iron cast and has the good antifriction performance. The guide plate adopts the structure
of upper and lower guide plates, which can adjust concentricity through adding washer at the lower guide plate.
Hydraulic cylinder It is the forged by alloy steel. It is in the form of straight-way type cylinder. The size of cylinder is
small, the volumetric efficiency is high, and the taper of valve seat hole is 1:6 and has steps. It is suitable for
operation under high pressure. The gland and flange on cylinder adopt the connection of saw tooth thread, and
flange is fastened on cylinder by bolts, which is convenient for speeding disassembly during service. The surface of
cylinder is treated by chemical nickel and phosphorus plating to enhance the performance of anti-corrosion.
Valve assembly NB1300 and NB1600 mud pumps adopt API 7# valve. The parts of hydraulic cylinder, cylinder,
plunger, valve, valve seat, valve spring, sealing part, valve cap and cylinder cap, etc. at the fluid end can be
interchanged.
Lubrication system Oil wiper and oil channel are installed at the position of pinion. The lube is delivered through oil
channel to the two bearings of transmission shaft and crank shaft and lubricating point on the top of guide plate. The
`
forced lubrication device can be matched on the outside of machine frame.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF RS-F800/1000/1300/1600/2200 MUD PUMPS
Wheel set of transmission gear It is in integrated herringbone gear transmission, the drive torque is high and the operation is
smooth.
Frame It is in structure of steel plate welding, the main bearing base and upper and lower seats for crank shaft adopt cast
steel, and they have the stress relieving treatment after welding. The lower seat of crank shaft adopts the stiffened reinforcing
structure, the rigidity is good and strength is high. The necessary system of oil sump and oil channel have been matched on
the frame for the cooling and lubrication.
Crank shaft It is casted by alloy steel. The large gear ring is the integrated herringbone gear, the inner hole and crank shaft is
in tight fit, and are fastened by bolts and blocking nuts.
Pinion It is the forged by alloy steel. The herringbone teeth are machined on the shaft. It adopts the medium hard tooth flank.
Crosshead It adopts ductile iron cast and has the good antifriction performance. The guide plate adopts the structure of upper
and lower guide plates, which can adjust concentricity through adding washer at the lower guide plate.
Hydraulic cylinder It is the forged by alloy steel. It is in the form of straight-way type cylinder. There are saw tooth threads on
the top. The surface of hydraulic cylinder can be treated by chemical nickel and phosphorus plating to enhance the
performance of anti-corrosion.
Valve assembly F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps adopt API 7# valve. The parts of hydraulic cylinder, cylinder, plunger, valve,
valve seat, valve spring, sealing part, valve cap and cylinder cap, etc. at the fluid end of F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps can be
interchanged. The parts at fluid end of F-1300 and F-1600 mud pumps can be interchangeable.
Lubrication system It adopts the method of forced lubrication and splash lubrication.

Tighting
Mechanical preformance, test method & inspecting method, thread processing and inspecting
completely conform to API Spec 5CT/API std 5B and china petroleum industry standard SY/T6194.
We can produce EUE and NUE tubing, including 2 -3/8″, 2 -7/8″ and 3 -1/2″ etc. We can produce
various glass reinforced plastic inside surface tubing and inside plating anti-corrosive tubing according
to the consumer' s requirements.
QUALITY
* A four funcition magnet leak inspecting machine produced by ICO company of U.S.A. is usd in nondestructive inspection. It can
ICO Electro-Magnetic inspection unit
inspect steel grade, longitudinal and transverse defects and wall thickness.
* After the tubing ends are thickened, the tubing is heat-treated for full length. The procedure of heat-treatment is controlled by a
computer automatically. Fluorescent magnetic powder test is carried after heat-treatment.
* Numerically controlled pipe lathe are used in thread processing.
Tubing
* For every item of thread inspecting, a complete set of inspecting machines produced by Arem Co. of USA. is used.
* Hydrostatic pressure test is controlled automatically. Tubings are 100% pressure-tested and the results are recorded automalically.
* For ensuring the each capacity of the tubings and avoiding thread gluing, the thread technical parameter are above the API standard.

INSPECTING APPARATUS
*Inspect material in direct-reading spectrograph manufactured by British.
*Inspect performance on Advanced numerical mechanical testing machine.
*Single direction meter manufactured by Alon Co., America, is used to inspect thread parameters.
*Advanced ultrosonic flaw detector and magnetic-particle detector inspect corss section of joint.
The company developed the serial of joint in 1984. The products have been the world level after studying
and manufacturing about 20 years. The products can mest the requirement of domestic consumers, also
have been exported to all around the world. It got the certificate of API in 1994, the certificate of ISO9001
in 1996. And it passed the auditing of the OTC(Oilwell Tubular Consulta) in 2000. We carry on standard of
Grant JSG-107 now.

*Controllable gas heat-treatemnt furnace, ensure the performance index of joints.
