C’est une grande source de fierté pour notre ville d’accueillir cette année le rassemblement le plus important de la communauté canadienne de l’aviation d’affaires, d’autant plus que c’est la première fois que cet événement se déroule sur le site d’un aéroport régional. Comme administration municipale nous considérons que les activités aéroportuaires apportent une contribution significative à l’économie régionale. C’est pourquoi nous consacrons des efforts constants afin d’assurer le développement harmonieux de notre aéroport. O n behalf of myself and my colleagues on the municipal council, I wish to thank the organizing committee of the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) for having chosen Ville de Longueuil and the Aéroport Saint-Hubert Longueuil (AMSL) as the site for its annual conference, to be held June 16-18, 2015. Our city is extremely proud to play host this year to the largest gathering of Canada’s business aviation community, especially since this is the first time the event is being held at a regional airport. As a municipal administration, it is our belief that airport activities contribute substantially to the regional economy, which is why we constantly strive to ensure the positive development of our airport. I would like to wish all delegates a warm welcome to our city. I am confident that your time here will convince you of the many benefits that our airport and our region have to offer.
