When it comes to staying healthy, women are very different from men—and that’s why the
Katz Institute for Women’s Health was created. At the Katz Institute for Women’s Health, we
bring together an exceptional team of clinicians who specialize in women’s healthcare and are
passionately dedicated to giving women of all ages the tools, information and support they need to
make the healthiest choices in every area of their lives—from the foods they eat to the screenings
and treatments they receive. The Katz Institute for Women’s Health strives to be a leader in the
delivery of comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services with the goal of partnering
with women to take better care of themselves and their families.
The Katz Institute for Women’s Health is part of the Office of Community and Public Health of North Shore-LIJ Health System.
