Rusty has been in the auction industry for over 12 years and has conducted auctions throughout the Southeast,
including both real estate and personal property. Rusty is an active member of the Georgia Auctioneers Association,
National Auctioneers Association and several local civic and charitable organizations. Rusty has earned the Certified
Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation. CAI is one of the most highly respected educational programs in the country
for auctioneers. Less than 5% of auctioneers nationwide hold the CAI designation.

Brent received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in 2009 majoring in Business
Communication and Public Relations. He has experience in the advertising, marketing, and customer service fields. He
began working in the auction business in 2010 and has already proven himself as an asset to South Auction & Realty
and our clients.

Tanya graduated from Georgia Southern University with her undergraduate degree in Communication Arts with an
Emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing. She received her Georgia Real Estate License in 2012. Over the
past 21 years she has worked in the hospitality and wireless industry and is now ready to apply those years of customer
service experience to the needs of her South Auction & Realty clients.

sellers. Its also important to note that online only is less expensive than live. No labor cost, no facility
