EXHIBIT B DNC Store Concepts Store Concept Location Description The Coffee Bean & Terminal A, North Tea Leaf Concourse Regional coffee brand featuring coffee drinks, tea drinks, pastries, sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, other beverages and dessert. Corky Carroll’s Surf Bar Terminal A, North Concourse Contemporary surf bar concept named after professional surfer and OC Register columnist Corky Carroll. Offers breakfast (sandwich, egg wraps), appetizers (wings, calamari), wraps, & sandwiches (Cheese Steak, Fish Po’ Boy, BBQ Brisket), clam chowder in bread bowl. The décor will pay tribute to the many miles of sandy beaches while colorful images reflect Carroll’s surfboard developments. The Market Terminal A, North Concourse (presecurity) DNC concept offering Food Network Kitchen grab and go items: sandwiches, side salads, Mediterranean & Antipasto plates, fresh fruit, dinner salads, hot & cold beverages, chips, candy & snacks. Cat Cora’s Que Rotated Square (between Terminals A & B) Restaurant based on Food Network Iron Chef Cat Cora. Menu described as fast, casual concept, featuring “Global BBQ”. Concept features unique style of brining, marinating, smoking, and slow roasting & grilling chicken, pork, beef & vegetables. Menu includes chopped salads, sandwiches & wraps, CCQ Platters (pulled pork, smoked chicken, combo), soup, draft root beer/float. Customer can choose combination of CCQ sauces to create Global CCQ experience. Rooster Cogburn’s Ft. Smith Saloon & True Grit Grill Rotated Square (between Terminals A & B) Themed restaurant & bar based on John Wayne’s True Grit film character Rooster Cogburn. Presented in collaboration with John Wayne Enterprises and Paramount Pictures. Menu items include themed offerings including appetizers (“Chuck Wagon Chili”, “Chen Lee’s Salad”, etc.), entrees (“Mattie’s Brunswick Stew”, “Ruben’s Rib Eye”, etc.), breakfast (“Pan Handle” breakfast, “Marshall” breakfast, etc.), sides and desserts (“Cowboy Cobbler”, etc.). Full service bar includes champagne, “constellation” wines and imported beer. Skewers by Morimoto Rotated Square (between Terminals A & B) Food Network Iron Chef and author Masaharu Morimoto presents ”Global Cooking”, described as “a unique fusion of Japanese color combinations & aromas, mixed with Chinese spices, simple Italian ingredients and present them as they do in France”. Features “Yakitori” (Japanese street food) using Robata-style cooking, meaning “grilling fresh food, cooked to order, super fast”. Menu includes breakfast (egg combination dishes), lunch and dinner: grilled and breaded deep fried skewers of chicken, pork, beef and shrimp; salad, soup, rice dishes, imported and domestic beers. The restaurant is described as an open kitchen where the grill is the stage. Menu includes pizzas, snacks, breakfast, sandwiches, salads, beverages, beer & wine. Food Network Kitchen Terminal C, Market Place Food Network Kitchen concept including bar, fast casual service and grab and go options. Includes open kitchen for viewing and Food Network programming featuring Orange County. Wahoo’s Fish Taco Terminal C, Market Place Restaurant features Wahoo’s Fish Taco concept offering multi-cultural and healthy choices. Menu includes breakfast, tacos, burritos, beverages and beer. Bar will include flat screen monitors above comfortable seating and Heineken signature cabanas with sofa-style seating to encourage patrons to relax.
