These programs teach valuable life skills and are great learning experiences for both girls and adults. Troops and individually registered members (girls not in a troop) could plan to use their earnings to go on a trip together, help provide books and uniforms for the troop, and more. Plus, girls learn five valuable skills while earning rewards and having fun! Fall Product Program The Fall Product Program gives girls and troops the chance to sell magazine subscriptions (new and renewals) and popular nuts and candies to earn quick, easy startup money for their troop. 2017 Fall Product Program Important Dates Sept. 30: Fall Sale Starts and M2 Launch Oct. 14: Order Cards and M2 Girl Delivery order taking ends Oct. 30: M2 (Direct Ship) Program End Nov. 1-15: Hamblen County Sale Mid-Nov.: Product and Reward Delivery Girl Scout Cookie Program The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the most popular way to earn funds for your troop! Troops in our council earn nearly $1 million each year, and 100 percent of the profits stay in our area to support local Girl Scouts. Girls can sell cookies using the Digital Cookie platform, an innovative online program that takes the 5 Skills to a new level, and introduces lessons in e-commerce, online marketing, and app use. They can also use the traditional paper order form during the order taking portion of the program. The Girl Scout Cookie Program ends with the opportunity to sell cookies directly to customers at cookie booths in high-traffic areas such as grocery stores, malls, or sporting events. Booth times and locations are determined by service units or troops. 2017 Cookie Program Important Dates Jan. 13: Order Taking Begins Jan. 30: Order Taking Ends Feb. 24: Booth Sales Begin Feb. 24-26: National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend Mar. 19: Cookie Program Ends Check our website for the most updated information about the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
