The taller you lift your JK, the more you rotate the pinion for proper alignment of the driveshaft. Unlike the TJ, the JK rear coil is more likely to pop out at full droop due to bowing. As
the coil bows, the incorrect coil loading and a diminished spring rate will reduce ride height.
The Zone relocation system rotates the lower coil mount 10 degrees to ensure that your coil
stays straight and true through wheel travel.

This spacer kit includes driver’s and passenger’s side exhaust spacers and hardware to allow
proper exhaust clearance to the front driveshaft with both the Zone 3" and 4" lift systems.
The spacers are machined from heavy wall DOM tubing so they will not deform under high
heat. The included longer 8mm bolts work with the factory captive nuts on the exhaust
head pipe flange. This is a quick 10 minute install.

The axle travels in an arc governed by the track bar during suspension
travel. The steering will be pushed or pulled to match the travel of the axle
if the geometry is not set up correctly. This is most commonly referred to
as bump steer. Our kit does not need a pitman to minimize bump steer due
to the fact that we do not relocate the track bar vertically.

This kit includes the Zone 3" Suspension System, 1.25" body lift, and 1" motor mount lift.
When compared to your stock TJ, this kit increases droop by 4-3/4" and increases the wheel
travel from the stock 7" to 10 full inches of wheel travel! These coil springs are designed to
last and handle all the abuse you can throw at them and maintain the correct ride height.
One of the key aspects to this 4.25" combo system, is it eliminates the use of a transfer case
drop, but still allows for use of the factory rear driveshaft. Essentially the included motor
mount lift replaces the transfer case drop included w/ other systems and improves the rear
driveline angles by tilting the transfer case output down towards the rear axle. Not only
does this mean you are getting the full added belly pan ground clearance from the lift, but
also added ground clearance to the engine's oil pan. Furthermore, by installing the motor
mount lift in combination with the body lift it realigns the engine fan with the shroud to
ease the installation. This system is sold with the choice of fixed front sway bar links or
sway bar disconnects if you are looking to get the most articulation from your system when
offroad.

This 4.5" suspension system will drastically increase wheel travel by 34% while providing
a smooth on road ride. Some guys will tell you that when it comes to aftermarket jeep
springs, they either ride too rough or they will sag after a few years. We take extra care to
design the springs with the right size wire and the correct spring rate to offer a great ride
and still hold up. To make this system complete, it includes a pair of new lower control
arms, extended sway bar links, brake line relocation brackets, new U-bolts, and 2" bump
stop extensions. The rear is lifted via Zone’s new leaf springs that are a 5 leaf pack design
with anti-friction pads and center leaf spacer plates between each leaf. This design greatly

The Zone Offroad 4.5" 86-92 Jeep Comanche MJ lift includes new front coil springs capable
of handling anything. Since we design our coil springs for off road use, there is only a 2"
bump stop extension supplied to drastically increase wheel travel. Our coils can be smashed
to the bottom and will always come back! No, that doesn't mean they are stiff. The key is
using the correct size wire with the correct spring rate to offer the perfect ride and still hold
up over time. Unlike many inexpensive kits on the market, our springs are made in the
USA. This system also comes with extended sway bar links to maintain the sway bar angle
and control body roll. Brake line relocation brackets make the job easy to do at home. New

Bump stop extensions will keep the tire lugs out of your fenders and still allow for a drastic

roll, front extended zinc plated sway bar links built from 5/8 inch dia stock are included.

1. Measure front driveshaft prior to installation -over 24-1/2” - no modification should be necessary, 20”
to 24” you may need to change to spicer type joint if vibration occurs. If driveshaft is less than 20” then
a spicer type joint is required and vibration may persist.
2. Vehicles equipped with V8 may not achieve stated lift height. Front 3/4” coil spacer is a common
addition to this lift kit for the V8 models to accommodate the additional weight of the larger engine.
3. If equipped with CV style front driveshaft mount at the pinion, then a new spicer type u-joint is
required to eliminate vibration.
