We serve automotive assemblers, parts manufacturers and other industries. Suppliers are supported through our Inspection and Quality Engineer program at their facilities, or we can also provide a total quality assurance programs at your customer s plants. As your contracted quality consultant, we represent your company and care about your parts as though they were our own. We have the consultants, procedures, and expertise to solve and prevent quality problems quickly. Inspection and Rework During such exercises, De Fabrieck follows a process to ensure that inspection and rework is completed rapidly and accurately in accordance with client specific validation and disposition instructions. In cases where instructions are not available, De Fabrieck will work with the client to develop an Inspection Instruction Guideline to define the process by which De Fabrieck will examine, measure, test, and rework parts if necessary, the document serves as a written and visual step-by-step validation process to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of the inspection. De Fabrieck Inspectors are trained in accordance with this document. We rework Metal, Plastic, Leather, Electric Components. Communication We use a variety of alternatives and levels to inform our clients and affected parties: • Telecommunications • E-mail But minimum, our reports are e-mailed at the end of each business day to a distribution list designed by the suppliercustomer, with specific regard for engineering issues or requests for specifications, dimensions, and tolerances, any occurrence of rejections, that corresponding number and due dates for corrective actions. Reports also track scrap and material issues that trigger releases and returns as well as basic program management issues.
