Inside Scandinavian Desig

a journey
into an illusion of a physic

aim is not
to mirror Scandinavia

show its body, i.e.,
all the skilled work and
the precise moment that

the whole, leading up

Färg & Blanche
Fredrik Färg and Emma
Blanche work under the
name FÄRG & BLANCHE
across a wide range of
disciplines. They collaborat
e with
established Swedish brands
in parallel with producing
their own collections and
individual objets d’art
for
galleries in Milan, New
York
and Tokyo. They are renowned for their great willingness to experiment and
they
move comfortably between
exclusive craftsmanship
and
industrial production.
FÄRG
& BLANCHE have participated in the fair in several
different contexts since
their start in 2010.

The Guide consists of
three sections:
1. A presentation of showrooms and events in
Stockholm during Design Week. Events will be
presented in the printed Guide, in the cell phone
optimized version and online. Events will be publicized
around the city with marketing materials for the
convenience of visitors.
2. A Stockholm Section with high news value and a focus
on the best design shopping, the best restaurants, bars,
nightclubs and exhibitions.
3. Presentation of this year’s Stockholm Furniture &
Light Fair at Stockholmsmässan.
Who reads the Guide?
• The Guide reaches decision makers and key figures
in the international design industry partly via direct
distribution and partly by on-the-spot exposure
throughout Stockholm Design Week.
• The Official Guide to Stockholm Design Week 2016
is exposed at Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, with
around 710 exhibitors and about 40,000 visitors
(including 6,600 international visitors and 1,200
media representatives) and also at a large number of
associated showrooms and events, as well as selected
design shops in Stockholm.
• The Guide, the website and the app combined are
estimated to reach around 60,000 visitors.
