September 01-03, 2016 Konya, TURKEY http://www.icatsconf.org/ 3rd International Conference on Advanced Technology & Sciences (ICAT'16) will be organized by ATScience Academic Publishing Group, Selcuk University together with other collaborating universities in Konya, Turkey on 1-3 September,2016. The main objective of ICAT'16 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Computer Sciences, Electrical & Electronics, Energy Technologies, Mechatronics, Material Science and Metalurgy, Biomedical . This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to nd global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results provides signicant contribution to the knowledge in this scientic eld. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICAT'16.
