Located at the Intersection of Hwy 63 and Stadium
Blvd. in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Stadium Crossing is a
500,000SF regional shopping center. The highest
concentration of retail exists in the Stadium Blvd.
corridor within 1 mile of our site. Most Jonesboro
area residents utilize Hwy 63 and its frontage roads
in their daily travels. Clear sightlines from Hwy 63,
coupled with the convenient access from Stadium
Blvd. and East Parker Frontage Rd. make Stadium
Crossing a natural retail location.
Arkansas State University’s 11,600+ students will be
a short 5 minute drive from Stadium Crossing. Hwy
63 is the most important transportation artery in
Jonesboro now that it is slated to become future
Interstate 555, the connector between Mexico and
Canada. Jonesboro’s regional trade area has a

Existing Retail Market
The retail market in Jonesboro is primarily clustered along the Stadium Blvd. and
Caraway Rd. corridors. In 2006, Turtle Creek Mall a 750,000sf enclosed mall
opened on Stadium Blvd. just under 1 mile north of Stadium Crossing. Turtle Creek
Mall contains JC Penny, Dillard's, Target, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Barnes and
Noble, Books A Million, Steve and Barry’s and Circuit City. Office Depot will also
open in 2008 adjacent to the new mall. Turtle Creek has definitely benefited from
the regional draw of Jonesboro. Between the months of October and December
the mall manager estimates that 78% of the customers are from outside Craighead
County.
On the Caraway Road corridor, within 1.5 miles of Stadium Crossing: PetCo, Stein
Mart, Sam’s, Hobby Lobby and Wal-Mart all have locations. Further North on
Caraway Rd. in a dated Kroger anchored center Books A Million, TJ Maxx, and Old
Navy have locations. In addition, Kohl’s landed next to Lowe’s between Caraway
Rd. and Stadium Blvd last year. In the last few years, Jonesboro retail has been
migrating south along the Hwy 63 corridor. Home Depot, MALCO Cinemas, and
Wal-Mart have all opened locations South of Hwy 63. Ashley furniture has also
purchased a lot next to the MALCO Cinema.
Stadium Crossing will be the most convenient shopping destination in Jonesboro.
Local and regional shoppers looking for nationally recognized retailers will be drawn
to the center. The major cross roads of Future I-555 and Stadium Blvd. create an
opportunity for retailers unavailable anywhere else in the Jonesboro Market.
